Before our purchase, we have visited the store 3 times. Every time all the staff have been extremely polite and helpful, willing to introduce us to every product in the store. All of our questions about the products were answered to the tiniest detail, which actually left us craving to try more and more products. We were able to compare many aspects of headphones to fit our liking as well as try keyboards and mice to fit our gaming styles. The service has been uncomparable to other gaming related stores that we have visited. Special thanks goes out to Liam and especially Abs who gave us a truly unique shopping experience. From product description to touring the whole store inlcuding dowsntairs gaming area, it really left us speechless and mindblown. What an absolutely amazing experience, we were met by a friendly face even behind the mask (staff member named Abs) he took us around the store and made us feel like family. It was truly a magical experience and this has really just cemented my commitment to Razor ! I look forward to going back very soon ! I highly highly recommend going to this store if you passionate about gaming or streaming !

I cannot put into words how much I love going here. The staff are lovely and helpful. Additionally, the downstairs e-sports area is such a special place; I could spend days there, playing COD and talking to other pc enthusiasts. I often go here to test out products first-hand before buying online (for example keyboards).

Today I fell upon this fantastic store in London and to my surprise it had a few things that I happen to be looking for. It is one of only 4or 5 that exist in the world. It is a very new and modern computer gaming store..it sells everything you need to have a high end PC/Laptop gaming setup in this never ending digitised world. The staff in the store are very knowledgeable about anything you are interested in and will go above and beyond just the usual simple sales pitch..they really know their stuff and are very pleasant and helpful. The sales guy who dealt with me was called ABS and not only did he do me a good deal but was interested in why I wanted what I did and suggested what I might be interested in the future as the ever changing world updates at breakneck speed which I found very help as I dont really want to go searching all over the place ,I can just go there . So summing up my over all experience I can definitely say it more than met my expectations and I would recommend RAZER to all my friends and to anyone who is reading this review.

Didnt have intentions or even knew the place existed or the brand. But, my oh my! What a fabulous store. Loved the layout ???? also products on the display. To be honest the kitty ears headphones lured me in ???? cant go wrong with pink kitty ears. Was warmly welcomed by Liam who kindly took time to introduce me to the brand, products and show me round the showroom. He alone was credit to the store. His personality and product knowledge was first class. He was truly passionate and obviously enjoyed working for Razer. Its refreshing to meet someone who goes above and beyond in customer service. I also didn't leave empty handed and ended up purchasing!!!! Hats off to the store and team. Service with a smile. Also loved the product especially the kitty headset & the glowing bundles ???? Glad to experience ur only store in Europe. Its truly an honour ???? ????????????????

Great staff who are always willing to help you and assist you on your purchase, but not always looming over your shoulders to pressure you into a purchase. They dealt with my exchange easily without any hassles. I've been there a few times in the last 2 months and it's been a pleasure to be there verytime.

Our second visit to the London store, all staff were friendly as soon as we set foot in the door.
Originally just went in to browse, but then got an urge for new keyboard and mouse. We spoke to a knowledgeable, upbeat and helpful guy named Abs 'like the abs'. He listened to all my needs with genuine interest and pointed me to the right products. After a a few minutes of laughter and debating, I left the store to have a think.
Within moments of leaving, my girlfriend decided she wanted a new keyboard and mouse, we asked to speak to Abs yet again as I feel we built a bond. Before you know it, he was loading up her new purchases and I just got myself a t-shirt, but we got some extra little goodies thrown in.
Would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for that new bit of kit, everything is on display to pick up or try on. I know that we will most certainly be making another visit.

Top quality products sold by friendly expert staff that really know their stuff. Unlike Currys/ PC World whose employees are just box shifters with no knowledge, you are better off going directly to Razer for truly 5 star service. One word for Razer store - Brilliant!!

Amazing store, great staff, when you walk in its got a futuristic feel and downstairs they have a gaming area that reminds you when you were a kid, worth having a look of you are interested in gaming or just a very powerful laptop, and the headphones are great too, 5 starts from for amazing minimalistic and futuristic style and feel and the great staff.

These guys are great and easy to talk to. Can't remember the staff member's name, but he let me check out the Razer Raptor they had running downstairs before it was released. I was impressed and of course, purchased it on day one.

Lots of razer products on offer to look at and try out. Helpful staff. The gaming place under the store in really enjoyable as it has a dozen or so gaming rigs equiped with razer gear to try out for free. I was plesently surprised to find quite a few good games installed and I had a good time playing some COD modern warfare.

Came here on Thursday 30th July and they have a great warm welcoming with hand sanitiser and wipes if needed by the front door.
Was helped by Abs mainly who was fantastic and was very informative on the range they had there and ever some upcoming razer products.
Ended up leaving with a little menagerie of stuff including Razer hammerhead wireless earphones, Razer Huntsman Elite keyboard, Razer iPhone 11 pro case, razer green cloth mask and a few other tid bits of goodies. Highly recommend and would come back there sooner if it was closer!.

Amazing in store staff. They handled the covid situation perfectly with hand sanitizer on the door and plenty of spacing rules in place. Was also offered anti bac wipes when trying on products. Got chatting to one team member named Abs who was more than happy to help me find a new gaming headset and showed me the new Razer Opus. Brilliant experience overall will definitely be going back

First I would like to say that the staff were really friendly and helpful.
The store looks amazing and there is lots of stuff to lookup and get.
The downstairs area is great with Gaming stations where you can play on pc's and consoles as much as you want. Staff are really nice and have and amazing passion for the products they sell.
I also wanted to buy a keyboard which I saw on amazon for 44£ but it was sold for 99£ in the store. However when i told one of the members of staff they went online and saw it themselves and told me they would match the online price and were happy to do so.
Would totally recommend checking out.
