Dropped computer in this afternoon for them to look at, they said they couldn't do it today which is fine so I said I'll come and pick it up and try on my own. Upon returning home it's covered in scratches and bumps and they haven't even worked on the laptop yet!!! This laptop is a week old this is unacceptable treatment of other people's property!! This was not caused by transport as I brought it to them in a laptop tailored backpack there and back. This was their doing by not taking care of people's things! Totally unacceptable I will be calling and complaining and seeking compensation for repairs which will be costly! I understand that accidents can happen and that there are other laptops that sit on top of other laptops but they need to take care when handling others things! I can gaurantee this was their doing and not my own as it's only been in the shop for less than 6 hrs today!

Came in unannounced on Saturday to get my iPhone screen replaced. Was done within 2 hours for me to pick up. The customer service was great and he atmosphere in the shop was great! Had a few issues with my screen however the Facebook page messaged me back, after closing hours, to assist me in resetting my phone and have offered to replace my screen protector I took off when trying to sort it free of charge! 100% would recommend to anyone to come here if you have an issue with a phone.

I don't often write reviews so excuse the length.
After spending 2 weeks trying to figure out why my newly built pc wouldn't boot, i figured out the Bios was the issue (which most computer shops I visited rejected as a possibility).
I even sent back my Asus motherboard and AMD CPU for replacements after repetitively hearing these were the issue, but still nothing.
These guys were the first to confirm I wasn't crazy, then simply took 15mn to update it with one of the old AMD CPUs they had in their possession.
Do note that the 13 other computer shops I called this afternoon didn't have any, nor knew how to perform Bios updates with ease (based on the numerous questions they shot me with).
These guys know what they're doing more than most computer/IT people I've dealt with in the past, all this within a pleasant atmosphere and politeness.
In addition, prices are barely above Amazon's (thus cheaper than most street shops), which I'd gladly pay considering the service and expertise.
They've also got more PC parts than you can think of, especially considering the shop's size. If you can't find something online (or can't get it fast enough)... Epsilon Computers is THE place you want to go to.

Excellent service. They brought my extremely faulty MacBook back from the dead. The ( compound ) faults on this machine gave them the run-around, but they resolved the problems methodically, keeping me informed at each stage of the process. They also provide estimates and request approval before having to commit to any further spend. Polite, efficient and extremely competent service.

Great service all round. Highly recommend.
I bought all of the PC components online and took them to Epsilon this week. After having a few calls with the team, I felt comfortable handing over the tech for them to assemble. Within 24hrs, the machine was completely built and set up -- all I had to do was plug it in at home. They charged me a fee to put the hardware together and set up the softwares. When researching this online, the price was very reasonable. The service justified this immensely.
I sent the specs across prior to purchasing them and they gave me honest advice which was greatly appreciated. Very professional team with great knowledge and experience. I would recommend them to anybody who needs anything that is PC or hardware related.

I went to buye computer case.
The assistant was unhelpful, i didn't feel welcomed showed me couple of cases dont know if I was in the wrong time also I did like the 7 rgb micro ITX it costed me £49 I guess they need to pay the rental.
Amazon listed the same item for £27.
Went home the RGB is not working.
I've ended up giving it to charity shops
My advise don't go there unless you are desperate.

AVOID!!! Bunch of cowboys. Not only did they take a week longer than was expected to fix my iPad. When I collected it the screen was cracked and they told us to pay for the damage that they had done whilst it was being fixed. So I give my iPad in to fix the battery, the screen was fine when it was dropped off, comes back cracked and I’m told to pay for the damage done by them. Rude and dismissive staff. Will be reporting to the trading standards authority.

This place is good, has every part to build a pc but prices are excessive, anything you find online will be cheaper than buying from this store, for instance they sell a I7 9700(non k) for more than £400, so only go if you have money to burn, they help you build too but the price for building I’m not too sure, expect to pay more than usual if you’re going to this store, or try the one next to it called “house of computers”. Went there to get a cooler master fan, charged £15 more than usual

I took my iphone 11 in with s very badly damaged screen. The guys at West End repaired it with a high-grade replacement OLED screen, and for a reasonable price that would have been cheaper than going with Apple. They also guaranteed me a year's warranty. They completed the work to a very high standard. A day or two after they fixed the screen, I noticed that my sound in my ear speaker had stopped working. I took the phone back to West End where Ali was able to reassemble the phone's speaker and get it back to working perfectly - no extra charge. I would recommend these friendly and knowledgable professionals any time!

I can't represent anyone, but to me this shop doesn't worth my money at all.

The worst choice you can find in London, I feel so bad I couldn't give a 0 star. Total waste of money and time!
So I brought my turntable for them to examine and potentially get it fixed. I went a day earlier to ask if they fix it and of course they said yes, that's their "specialty". When I finally took the turntable to them, they asked for £40 just for examine and mild repair (should it need that). I declined initially for it was out of my budget, and afterwards they just drive the price down by half (£20), and so I agreed with the service.
However that's the start of the nightmare. Three days later, I came to asked for the diagnostic results and potential repair outcome. The staff then started to ask for another £90 for the "full repair fee". For the price I declined to repair further since it's, again out of my budget, so they asked me to go back a day later to collect the turntable (I assumed they're resembling it back).
However, when I got back the next day, the staff I contacted with just refused to talk to me anymore, I even got the turntable back from his colleague, who, few days ago claimed that he couldn't serve me because he wasn't the one who I contacted with. And the original staff just sat at the side doing nothing literally, and claimed to be busy.
"He refused to talk to you, what are you gonna do?" Said his colleague.
I had an argue with him because I didn't even get the diagnostic result they were supposed to give me (which I paid for). They kept asking to prolong the process, hoping you would reconsider their service.
"Come back three days later to see the results."
"The one who you talked with isn't working today, you need to come back again on Friday."
"Come back tomorrow to get your turntable."
They could've just told me but they said they would send an email to me instead even when I offered to wait. Funny how two days has passed and I still haven't got the "email".
I really don't get how they serve their clients. I'm not commenting on their technique, but no integrity, no service. There are plenty shops in central, but this one you can skip.

Be aware of this people! I don't often write written complaints online however given my experience at this place I thought it wise to warn others who may come here to have any phones or cameras fixed. At first the price I was given to have my camera fixed was reasonable and they said they would have it fixed within the hour (30 £ no refundable). However, one hour later they told me that they needed an extra day. The next day, they told me that they hadn't yet fixed it and would call me the next day. (so the original 1 hour was now 48). They also said that they would call me if they made any further changes to the Camera so I left an extra number to contact so that they could notify me and I could decide whether to go ahead with the change or not. They Never called me. I went back the next day and they told me that they had changed a part of the camera and I needed to pay £50 more. I claimed that we did not agree with that, and they should have notified me before making any changes. The guy was incredibly rude and did not want to acknowledge that they shouldn't have made any changes without letting us know. I repeatedly said I had not agreed to purchase a new piece for the camera. He said he could change it in two hours (which was obviously false). When I came back after 2 hours, the other guy at the store told us that as good gesture (please!!!agaun no me acknowledging that it was their wrongdoing) they would not charge us more and he gave me the Camera. Guess what? They hadn't even fixed the part I had previously paid £30 for in the first place. So I was going to pay £50 more nothing. Be aware of this scam! I have been reading other reviews of this place and they seem to do this often (adding and changing parts of a device without telling you and giving you whatever price they feel they can get away with but doing a bad job anyway but then making it your fault for not being happy to pay for something you were not aware of and had not agreed to).

Not a trustworthy shop. I bought a laptop charger from Epsilon when my previous one broke - but then only two months later, the replacement itself broke during a work trip, causing me to miss a work deadline. Despite this, Epsilon refused to provide a refund for the item (merely replacing it with another version of the same, equally unreliable charger). This doesn't break the law, but this is still below what I regard as trustworthy behaviour.

Bought a brand new evga power supply got home and it was faulty ( made a buzzing noise/surge of electric noise, it also interfered with other devices plugged in to the wall), that's okay as it's a manufacture fault, however they didn't like refunding me and charged me 20% of my money on a faulty product.
I learned my lession, stick with mainstream retailers.

Good customer service, you pay around 55£ to get ur laptop checked to know why it is not working and they made it immediately for a quick check however it needed further time in order to know the main issue with it.
Other computer shops within same area with high rating doesn't do checks immediately and I didn't feel that much trust or well treated and they charge you 50£ for only checking your laptop within same day. And you pay further money for the cost of fixing it.
While at Epsilon they try to be within the 55£ for fixing and if it is complicated, they call you and tell you how much would it cost and they gives you suggestions.
I got backup of my data+32 GB USB3 + LAPTOP hard drive connection + laptop check with same price however other places asked me for 40£ for only data recovery and 50£ same day check or 30£ for basic time check which might take a week.
I would recommend it as it is hard to trust software shops easily, and I would recommend a guy called Omar inside.
