They offer a very good service during this terrible time, picking-up and delivering your computer. Great and efficient web chat service. We had a problem due to a mail that did not arrive, but through their web chat service it was quickly solved. I have to say I had a much better support from them than from Apple itself

So happy with their service! Very friendly and helpful staff, fixed my macbook (2020) within 2 working days and managed to keep it within the limits of Apple warranty/consumer law so that I didn't have to pay anything (saving me approx £650!). Super grateful!

Disappointingly inefficient. I was told to use the online booking system - so I did. I was given an appointment and told to turn up with my computer - so I did. The whole place was shuttered up. And no one seemed to want to answer the phone. I'm sure they'll have a good reason for the closure - but updating the booking system would be helpful!

Superb service with regular updates. My macbook developed a faulty screen, dropped it off and picked up fully fixed in about a week. They did advise up front that it would probably take this long as they were very busy.

Awful service and very overpriced. Had my laptop for two weeks and weren't able to complete a simple hard drive reformat + installing new OS on my mac. Wanted me to provide the password to my laptop, giving them access to all my auto-fill credit-card info and personal photos/documents over email, without confirming it would only be used in the context of repair. I declined to give it over email and called to give the password over the phone. Was told the password request was a mistake and they didn't need it. Went to go pick my laptop up and they charged me, even though they didn't do any work because apparently they did need the password. It was me that realized they didn't do anything to the laptop and needed to ask for a refund. They also wanted to charge me 70£ for a 40£ external drive I already had. ;TLDR: not organized to get the work done, super high prices, low data security measures

I recently had to take my macbook for repair here. Even though the problem wasn't resolved because the repair would've been too expensive, I was grateful for their feedback, good communication, and advice. I was particularly impressed by Anton at the front desk, who makes every effort to make you feel that you matter, and to give a friendly service at a time when news like having to buy a new computer is not what you want to hear.

Great service! Phoned in and booked our Macbook in for repair, dropped off a few days later and within a couple more days, it was ready to collect. At our amazement, we didn't owe MR Islington anything, they had fitted a new operating system for us and reset everything, for free. Can highly recommend, thanks guys!

I’ve had a MacBook Pro that’s out of action for a year, pre covid I took it to an Apple Store and after waiting quite a while a staff member who was clearly quite busy and also pretty rude told me it would cost at least £120 to fix, possibly up to £400. I said I’d need to think about it. The Mac then lived at the back of my cupboard until earlier this month. One online booking form, a courier pick up and drop off later, the Mac is fully fixed for £30. Couple that with excellent customer service from Conor and it’s safe to say I’ll 100% be using MR Islington again.

I recently got my Macbook Pro repaired from MR Islington and I am very satisfied with the service provided. My laptop crashed during the lockdown and it was so difficult to get it serviced from the Apple stores, where I usually visit. MR Islington was suggested by Apple customer service and they are extremely helpful and professional. The issue was diagnosed in two working days and the laptop was serviced in a week's time, which I feel in the current situation is extremely commendable. I am provided with updates regularly and my overall experience has been really good. Charges are also quite fair.

I sent my flexgate issue on macbook to get fixed, i was told repair was going to be free and so i sent in my laptop. And then they sent me an invoice for £700 pounds, i told them i no longer wanted to fix the screen but they said in order to release my laptop id have to pay £90. I figured since i was going to have to pay almost 1/7th of the fixing price i might as well just get it done. Paid £700 for the repair. Mind you my laptop was in perfect condition other than the screen before i sent it in. I was using it with a second monitor and it was working fine. After i got my laptop back after they supposedly replaced the screen, it keeps crashing. Something that would never happen before. Now it keeps crashing whenever im on zoom or try to export a video on premiere pro. They claim that it was coincidental but I never had these issues till i sent them my laptop to get “fixed”. Please save your money. And send it to either apple directly or at this point a third party service will probably be way cheaper and more reliable. Please go anywhere else but here.

I booked an appointment an hour prior so couldn’t reach on time. But they were okay with it and looked into the issue. They mentioned that if the issue couldn’t be fixed I would get a replacement phone. And got status updates via mail & sms and got replacement phone on promised time

Received my macbook pro a few weeks back, i was served by anton, i took it there on the 13th November and got it back a week after, it was working perfectly! i was served by Anton who had the best customer service ever and was so lovely! Definitely recommend bringing your apple products here to get fixed!

I came in to MR with a broken Mac in need to major parts to be replaced and Anton went out of his way to make sure I talked to Apple directly and try and get some money off the parts, as I’ve only had the laptop just over two years. I did so and managed to get all parts free of charge. Without his kind suggestions which he did not need to do, I would have been stuck with a hefty repair cost which would have made my currant situation very difficult. Incredible service and could recommend them any more. Thanks again to Anton.

MR repaired my laptop keyboard, which had been getting gradually worse until two of the keys came loose. They picked it up during lockdown, repaired it and brought it back. They were friendly and helpful - especially Will, who was awesome. Would definitely recommend, and will use them again if ever I need an Apple repair!

Third time I have visited Mr Systems and have always found them to be extremely helpful and professional and I was delighted with the service, particularly with Anton who is the first point of contact in the shop First visit 2 years ago was to bring my 2013 MBP back to life by replacing the old hard drive and installing a new 1TB SSD and upgrade my Ram to 32Mb. Its still running as new today. I recommended the same to a colleague who was equally delighted. Took in my three month old (2020) MBP last week as I was having problems with the key board and received it back today as new, keyboard having being completely replaced. Can't recommend enough.
