I arrived quite late on a Saturday afternoon when I think Foz was getting ready to shut up shop, but he could not have been nicer to me. He tested my Brother printer and then checked to see whether it was the drum or cartridge that needed changing (not something Amazon could do!!) and when it was the cartridge, he made sure it was all fitted perfectly. Printer is working great now and I feel like I am clearer about what it needs when. Thank you Foz - I will be back. Friendly personal service like that is priceless.

Staff were very friendly and helpful but the over the counter price of the ink cartridges I needed was almost double what they would have cost if I'd bought them on their website so I doubt I'll be returning

I went here as this was the only one open at the time a month ago. I don’t use my printer much but the guy was suppose fill up my black ink and when I put my cartridge back in my printer said “low on black ink”
Won’t be going back there ago. Very disappointed!

They charged me £3,20 to print out 16 pages in black and white of an A4 pdf file. The quality of the copies was extremely bad. I would never go there again.
