I purchased the Gemini 15" v2, ordered it on a Sunday and was using it on the Wednesday. Absolutely superb service. Giovanni the proprietor is (seemingly) on hand 24x7 to answer any questions. And what a super computer it is too. It's light, fast and very easy to use and connects easily to all my external devices - mobile phone, printer, hard drive, DVD drive etc. Definitely recommend Juno Computers.

The moral of the story is that things will go wrong from time to time and Juno give the best support possible - priceless...... Sadly my Jupiter 14 display went blank at 6pm in the evening, right in the middle of a key work delivery. I called the helpline and within minutes was doing a simple diagnostic with the support team despite it being early evening. The laptop had to be returned to base, I was called by Juno the following morning chasing me for a tracking code. The laptop arrived at Juno at the end of the next day and within an hour it was being worked on in the early evening. The reason the display went blank was because I had overridden some drivers, there was no problem with the actual laptop. The laptop was returned next day and I have not been asked to pay for the postage. When it arrived Juno checked all was well and that my KDE desktop had the correct drivers. Thank you Juno, I have told all my colleagues.

I explained to Giovanni what I needed, he suggested me two options.
Assembled and delivered in under a week, and works like a charm!
They also offers different payment options which is always handy.

Great Help and quality Laptop!
I was previously using Mac OS but already thinking about switching to Linux, but I was a bit afraid of it. However, after chatting with Giovanni I felt a lot better about it. He answered all my questions and when I decided to buy it, he was really nice and helped me with my special requests.
The Laptop itself (I got a Gemini 15" v2) is really good, its a joy to work with. And the Ubuntu operating system is a lot easier to get used to than I thought.
10/10 would recommend!

Very good quality gadget but more important is that he helped me to find the right setup, equipment and software while switching from Mac to Linux. What a first class+ service from Juno!

Really I noticed somehow difference in weight, speed and processings. I am so satisfied about it. Brilliant! I'm really pleased with my new laptop. I was looking for a Linux laptop which was compact and light but that was powerful enough to run Android Studio fast for mobile app development. I recently purchased a Jupiter V3 14" Notepad, with a Core i5 processor, 16GB RAM and a 128GB SSD M.2 - PCIe drive, from Juno Computers UK, and after using it for a couple of weeks, I am really happy with it; the performance is excellent. A light, sturdy chassis, with an excellent FHD display, small touch-pad with a separate 'click' bar, and large keyboard, which is great to use, suit my needs nicely. The inclusion of an Ethernet port is a welcome item. The location of the power button on the left side of the chassis is a little strange at first-but easy to become accustomed to. Customer service is excellent. Build, dispatch and delivery times were all as predicted. I have already recommended Juno Computers to a couple of friends.

Just had my laptop four weeks and continue to be delighted with it so far.
I opted for a Jupiter 14" v3, USB 3.1, Intel quad core i7, RAM (DDR) 16GB and OS Ubuntu 20.04.
It came with a generous number of ports.
I dual-boot Ubuntu 20.04 with Ubuntu 18.04, keeping this second partition reserved for my amateur radio activities.
Despatch of the laptop was very prompt and it arrived safely, being well packed inside three boxes !
Giovanni is very efficient and ever helpful, if required.
I look forward to further sheer enjoyment with my Jupiter v3.
I have been using Ubuntu Linux for a number of years and continue to be very pleased with this wonderful and free operating system.

There are growing options for those looking to buy a computer with Linux pre installed. Juno Computers is an excellent choice. I purchased the Gemini laptop. The hardware is beautiful; a matte screen that is much sharper and clearer than I had anticipated, and a responsive, backlit keyboard. But what puts this company head and shoulders above others is the customer service. Giovanni has been there for me throughout the process. UPS “lost” my package (it was shipped from New Jersey to Jacksonville, FL and then inadvertently shipped back to New Jersey.) Giovanni emailed me immediately that there was a problem, and then called me directly by phone to explain and apologize. We both assumed the package had been stolen, and Giovanni explained that UPS required an 8 business day wait to give them time to locate the package. Giovanni told me he would gladly refund my money, or ship me another machine at no cost to me. As it turned out, the package was found and delivered, and Giovanni notified me the minute he was notified by UPS. You rarely find this kind of personal, conscientious attention with most companies. I had considered a laptop from a competitor, who shall remain nameless, wrote them with questions on the messaging service on their website, and never heard back from them. If you are looking for a computer with Linux pre installed, definitely consider Juno!

Juno Computers were on hand every step of the way to guide me through their product range, and discussed openly and honestly which specs would suit me and my work. Throughout, the customer service was fantastic from start to finish and I would definitely recommend.
The laptop itself is great to look at, fantastic to type on, and most importantly, performs really well. As someone who's used mac OS all my life I've found Ubuntu to be an easy and intuitive switch. If you want to get away from Apple but can't stomach switching to windows, Juno computers + Linux is the way to go!

Giovanni was quick to respond to all of my queries and the laptop arrived promptly via UPS tracked delivery.
I purchased this laptop to use for Web Development and so far have installed PHP Storm; Git; and Google Chrome, and have used all three as-well-as FireFox simultaneously and the computer has remained fast and responsive. Over time, I will no doubt install more applications and will at that point see how well the laptop handles running them simultaneously but so far I'm pleased with it and it handles my intended use of it well.
I think the price of £401.88 is very fair for this laptop.
