Top notch service, super efficient, transparent and explanatory, very reasonable prices. I had to replace my MacBook screen, and they did it very quickly. While I was there I had my cracked iPhone screen replaced too. A couple of months later, I had to replace my charging port on my phone and did not hesitate to reach out to them again; was more than happy to make the trip to central London knowing that my equipment would be taken care of! 100% recommend, would definitely revisit again if I had any more tech issues! Thanks a lot guys. :)

A+++ service. I ordered a Lenovo refurbished laptop from them and most retailers were either out of stock or said 2-3 weeks shipping. These guys had the new X1 carbon available within 3 days. Gideon was very helpful and professional over the phone and arranged for me to have it delivered to my home.
Even during a lockdown. The company is working hard.
Can't fault these guys they clearly take pride in what they do.

Amazing computer for a really good price and excellent customer service. I am absolutely touched by their kindness and their genuine will to help. I had a little problem a month after I bought my computer and I came back, and they helped me immediately, and their support has been extraordinarily effective. Absolutely first rate customer service. So helpful, ordered me a screen and were completely lovely and professional when my needs changed. Have repaired items there before and they were reasonable and quick, even offering a cheaper option than I expected. Given that I know little about computers I feel reassured that these guys clearly know what they are doing and are honest and effective. Will use again 100% I highly recommend.

I took my computer for repair here because of the good reviews, I’m new in London and I didn’t want to take all my personal data and files to just some random place. They were extremely professional and polity all the time, they offered me various options and budgets. They fixed my computer in the same day and got a great price for the repair and an SSD installation. I don’t usually write reviews but this place was worth it, would recommend a 100%.

I went into House of Computers looking for an adapter for my monitor. The staff were very helpful, as soon as I asked for what I was after, one of the sales guys Gideon knew exactly what I meant and got it for me straight away. They gave me a good price, honestly not as cheap as online but guys come on you cant get online prices in shops. But they did give a better price than next door.
It is working great on my monitor and I even have a 1 year warranty, so if this one lets me down I can get a replacement for free! Not even Amazon can do that.

I bought a brand new gaming laptop at House of Computers, happened that there was issues with the screen only few weeks after but the team has been very reactive and send it straight away back to the manufacturer. I could get it replaced in just few days. The after-sales service is definitely efficient. This is the second laptop I buy there and would highly recommend House of Computers. There is nowhere else you will find another shop that can replace an iPhone screen in 15 minutes, AND give you a warranty. They even gave me a free glass protector and case which would normally cost £20. Seriously this is the place to go to if you want good customer service. The prices are good and my iPhone screen looks brand new.

AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE
Bought a HP laptop battery here, and made the monumental mistake of not checking the official price online. Ended up paying £69 for a battery listed as £19 online. When I confronted the staff about this all I was given was some obscure explanation of the store's own ordering and logistics (which should have nothing to do with customer service). Since I had already paid for the product and received it, returning it would have incurred a 25% "restocking cost".
This kind of business behaviour does not belong in 2020
Update 30/07/2020.
As a response to the store’s aggressive reply I have decided to add the following:
I have no idea what your first and final allegations refer to; and neither have anything to do with the complaint in question. The fact you are making such unsubstantiated accusations over a public forum is both unprofessional and borderline libellous, and further evidence of your dubious business practices.
No warranty or online business model can explain a near quadruple price difference, and the fact you go through such ramified and underhanded lengths to divert the issue is pitiful.
The fact my original comment has gotten several likes casts doubt on the stellar feedback record you so eagerly quote.
I strongly suggest you leave this alone already.

Really fantastic experience getting a laptop fixed. It was only a broken screen, and I know how to repair that myself, but I would have had to wait for the part to be delivered and I was shortly to go on holiday. I took the laptop in and to my surprise they were able to turn the thing around, good as new, in half an hour! That's the service you're paying for - I would recommend them based on this experience.

I didn't actually purchase anything or get any repairs done however I came into the store to buy a single screwdriver for a job I needed to do at home. All the other computer stores nearby only had sets (minimum £10) which I didn't need, and this was the last place I came to. Luckily and gratefully for me, the store owner had the exact one I needed behind the till and he gave it to me free of charge. To me, I felt this reflected the kindness of the store staff, a high level of customer service, and a touch of human-ness, which, especially these days is becoming more and more scarce.

I had an issue with my Macbook Pro keyboard -- a letter had come off -- and the Apple Store quoted me £240 to fix it and said it would take up to 5 days to do the work. I came to House of Computers instead and they managed to solve my issue for a fraction of the cost in only an hour. Great service, great staff. Highly recommended.

I refused and went to this shop, where they fixed the problem in less than 2 minutes and didn't even charge me.
