This store just brings me back to Japan! It's tiny, but a Kawaii paradise. So cute merch. Staff is lovely, we went today and they were super helpful. Not giving 5 Stars cause before visiting the store I tried contacting them about one item, and I tried several times on Instagram and I also emailed, and no response. If they worked in getting back to people a bit better on social media and emails, it would be just perfect ❤️

I haven't been to the shop itself (but will upon my return to the UK), but can recommend shopping online with Artbox. So many cute and unusual products that are practically impossible to find in Europe. I live in Spain, despite Covid and Brexit causing havoc with the post, my package arrived after just 5 days! Everything is reasonably priced and this might be the last place I know that sells letter sets these days. They were really helpful when there was an issue with my address (it doesn't come up on Google Maps). Fantastic team Artbox, keep up the great work ????????

ARTBOX is one if the best places when it comes to welcoming staff. All the people who work there are extremely helpful and kind. The stock available at the store is also very good making it a great place for sanrio lovers and other cute inthusiasts. The store is not very bug but they still find a way to pack in so much stuff to choose from. Overall an amazing place.

Fun shop for Japanese manga inspired stationery, soft toys and memorabilia. The shop is compact and is sometimes difficult to move around because of the numbers of customers but my daughter love it.

This is probably the only brick and mortar store in London that sells Sanrio, San-x, Tokodoki type kawaii stationary, gifts, and novelty products (apart from a small selection of things at Ichiba Westfields). The team is always friendly and there’s a decent selection of cute things for sale considering how small the store is. Wish they’d open up more locations. So far this and the one in Brighton are the only locations. The logo is similar to the Art Boxes in Korea but don’t think they’re the same franchise. ✌????

YES!! I finally found a place where "Sailor Moon" official merchandising is sold and at a reasonable price, without buying it from the Internet!! Staff are nice and polite too!! The employees working are friendly but it is the look of the shop itself which is really appealing. However, bear in mind that when it comes to stockist of products with cute characters like My Melody and Cinnamoroll, I may be biased when writing a review The shop has a wide range of products available such as stationery, homeware, plushies, clothes and food. The prices are in the reasonable range and it comes to my surprise that I found a small gem like this.

A small hidden spot in London for cutesy goods lovers - Korean, Japanese kawaii pop culture. They got Sanrio, Pusheen and Tokidoki and many more. The selection of products is a bit limited but that's Europe for you. Good prices and lovely staff. Perfect if you fancy some gifts from UK not plastered with Union Jacks and other usual touristy stuff.

Love love love this place!! Everything they sell is so cute and ( I think ) it's all sanrio stuff. They have a huge range of sanrio merch from clothing to cooking utensils. Everything is super cute I bought a pack of stickers and and a plushie and they were super good quality. Staff are so friendly too :)

Cute little shop in Soho. Filled with all sorts of Japanese kawaii productslike clothing, stationary, household goods, food and pluahies. You'll find characters like gudetama, Hello Kitty, Little Twin Stars, Tokidoki and My melody to name but a few characters. It's hard to only pick up one thing here and very easy to spend a lot. The prices are defiantly high but they're specialist items you won't find anywhere else.

A little packed over the weekends! A small shop! If you like Pusheen is worth to drop by and take some photographs by the shop front! It is a good photo spots!
Generally cute stuff if you like! The selection on Pusheen isn’t the greatest possibly due to the size of the shop.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Needed a replacement item for one I damaged from a friend and they are currently helping me locate a suitable replacement. Don’t have it yet but I’m sure they will help in locating one for me. From someone who comes from the service sector with high standards this really meets the standard I like offer my customers.
