Products overpriced and felt flimsy. Upon entry I was immediately followed by staff member, and when I said I didn't need any help (after being asked), was told to "stop looking miserable". Walked out after this without buying anything.

STAY AWAY ! Price tag mismatch - very rude - their mistake - no refund
I bought from this shop then I discovered they charged me more than the tag price when I asked for refund they said in our policy there is no refund when I asked show me your policy he said outside in the sign. I told him show me he said no I do not care call the police there is no refund. He was very rude! There is no policy written anywhere. He lied to me. I asked the other agent for the refund because it is their mistake he refused. The bill has no items discretiptions what so ever. The time in bill is wrong. I paid with credit card and the name of the shop of the receipt mismatch the name of the shop. In short, BE AWARE! They charge you more than the tag price, there is a very rude agent, and there is no refund even one minute after the purchase.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD targeting international travelers!!! They process pre-authorization with your credit card for the face value and then complete it with an absurd amount like thousands pounds after you leave the store. If this happens to you, contact your card company; they will take care of it.

Products like London hoodies (and many others) are way overpriced (20-35% extra). In the process of negotiating with the manager he would say anything to make you believe that their products are better (because he said so even the labels said otherwise), when the products are practically identical as other shops. I don't know about other world travelers, unfortunately my experience of visiting this store is probably showing the worst side of London's hospitality and honesty.

Extremely rude staff! Broke my 15 year old cousins screen protector and tried to force him to buy a new one. They charged him more than the actual price for an item he had brought before the incident, preying on him because he is young and doesn’t speak English very well. The workers made him cry by talking down to him and making almost threatening comments. This establishment is honestly shocking and if I wish u could give it -5 stars.

One star you don't deserve. I bought a phone case for iPhone 6 should of be around £5 and your staff or should I say mob because I felt like I was being robbed decided to put £30 into machine and did it in a way I couldn't see. If you read this don't give that rubbish about being a mistake because you do it to unexpected tourists. You should be shut down you are a complete joke of a company and put bad name to real companies in London trying to get a trade and you have a shop in a great location which you don't deserve you should be on a market somewhere even that being nice you shouldn't have a business.

This is an extremely overpriced tourist trap souvenir shop. Most products are pretty tacky and they cost almost twice as much as anywhere else (for example, a "Keep calm and carry on" mug was priced at £15, but a similar lug in Oxford cost £8). Staff were not very polite either. Avoid.

Extremely rude and aggressive staff. I had to re open this Google page as someone had put permanently closed on it. The staff was aggressive and asked £10 on entry. My self and my girlfriend were swore at and threatend by the staff.

Was checking out a headphone. Quoted for 5 pounds. But at the cashier I was told to pay 19.99 pounds, I refused and later he changed it to 9.99, I said I don’t want it anymore then he said ok 5 pounds. There are no price tags on the items. A cheating business.

카드로 말도안되는 금액 청구하면 카드회사로 전화해서 승인안된 거래라고 이야기하시면 분쟁조정 들어갑니다. 그리고 물건 강매하면서 큰소리치면 같이 소리치고 나오세요. 쫄면 더 겁박하고 같이 소리쳐야 합니다. 아래 리뷰 다 읽어봤는데 한국인 피해자가 많은이유가 착해서 잘 당하는듯 하네요.

12월11일에 Glorious London Gift & Souvenir에 방문하였습니다.
열쇠고리, 마그넷 등을 사려고 들어갔는데 한 흑인이 저를 부르더니 와보라고 했습니다.
아무 생각없이 갔더니 보조배터리를 보여주었고 저는 이미 있어 필요없다고 했습니다.
그랬더니 갑자기 핸드폰을 줘보라면서 손에 들려있던 핸드폰을 가져갔습니다.
붙여져 있던 멀쩡한 액정 보호 필름을 떼더니 다른 액정 보호 필름으로 갈았습니다.
붙이는 당시에 저는 돈이 없음을 계속 말하였고 흑인은 프리라면서 저를 안심시켰습니다.
다 붙인 이후에 저에게 보조배터리 값으로 £240을 요구했고 돈이 없다고 하니 카드결제를 하라고 하였습니다.
아무리 생각해도 보조배터리 가격으로 £240을 내는 것은 아니라고 생각하여 이미 붙인 보호 필름 가격만 지불하겠다고 하니 £150을 내라고 하였습니다.
£15를 잘못들은 줄 알고 £15를 내밀었더니 아니라며 £150이라고 했습니다.
돈도 없고 낼 수 없다고 하니 CCTV에 찍혔다며 경찰을 부르겠다고 하였고 카드를 내놓으라고 하였습니다.
신용카드를 줬다간 꼼짝없이 많은 돈을 지불해야할 것 같아 돈이 없는 체크카드를 주었습니다.
결제가 되지않자 다른 카드를 내놓으라고 하였고 또 돈이 없는 체크카드를 주었습니다.
흑인이 화를 내길래 무서워서 당시 가지고 있던 현금인 £65를 주었고 가게에서 나올 수 있었습니다.

这里卖的北极狐包是假的！！！！ 外面标注50磅，进去后跟我说45磅，看我在犹豫又说你开个价，我说35磅，他说不行40磅。我准备要走他说那就35磅吧。还说肯定不是假货，不然你找我退货！我说我不想买了，他又说30磅吧.... 伦敦最繁华的街道居然有这种店！建议政府直接吊销营业执照，不要再欺骗游客 同时影响英国的形象！
