Bought a mattress for £223.99 (Sleepeezee Diamond Ortho) 2 years ago. It started sagging slightly on the one side and started giving me and my partner back aches. Mattress has a 5 year manufacturer warranty so I called them and paid £30 for a specialist to come out and check the mattress. After inspection today, the guy said that no manufacturer fault was found and it's normal use for 2 years.
I personally think a good mattress should last more than 2 years? I have lost £223.99 plus £30 so I am not impressed.
