A small store selling mainly Japanese character goods. A good spot to go if you are a fan of Sumikogurashi. They also have a lot of Pusheen stuff.

Love this store! So many cute items, adorable plushies and amazingly friendly staff. It's definitely my happy place but very dangerous as you could easily spend all of your money ???? I'd love to see more Rilakumma merch, particularly plushies, available in-store!

That's the second time Iv visited with just 3 minutes until closing, but the shop assistant has always been sooo lovely and let me have a browse whilst she closes up! Great service and will be back again.

I was very disappointed after visiting Artbox. They had almost nothing with Hello Kitty, which was the reason to why I went by. According to Google and the website, it seemed like they had lots of HK, but everything was just Pusheen.

Who doesn't like this shop? It's flippin cool. The staff are lovely and yes I'd like everything in it please. This time I only bought a pin and a badge and also a little paper fan because it's A MILLION DEGREES ATM. Gudetama is my favourite as I relate to him on a spiritual level.

Super cute place, neatly decorated and everything is clearly labelled. They have a very good selection of Sanrio and Amuse stuff, however I felt that their San-X especially Rilakkuma items were kind of lacking. Stationery items were also very cute and plenty of selection. Prices were okay. Shop music was lovely.

Sells some interesting items, though nowhere near to the same level as Artbox in Seoul. The shop is also entirely targeted at a female audience, whereas the Korean counterpart at least sells items that are more gender neutral. This isn't an issue, and may help the store to specialise a bit more when abroad, but was a little disappointing to me and my friend. I love cutesy stuff, but only to a certain point. There was kpop playing at least, so that's another whole star right there ????

i've ordered online with artbox a handful of times and each time the service has been great. when i had an issue, the staff were efficient in quickly replying to my emails and were super friendly, that's why i was so excited to go and see the shop in person considering i live at the other end of the country but i was left slightly disappointed. although friendly, i asked a staff member if there were any more purin plushies than the one on display since i check the website regularly and the last time i looked there were a few, yet the staff member said no. i checked back online after leaving the store and there were many as i suspected, so i was disappointed. i found that it was difficult to find what i wanted compared to online, and that half of the stuff didn't seem to be on display (i circled the place at least 5 times). i'm happy for their delightful staff and online service, but my in-store experience has dampened their image for me slightly.

The kawaii-est place in London! Have been going to Artbox since before they moved and I love how they've grown and expanded their range. This is the best source I've found for cutesy Sanrio and other Japanese character merchandise, and they also have an amazing Pusheen range. Also good for Japanese stationary, stickers, t-shirts and confectionary. The staff are very friendly and happy and it's always a joyful experience to go there and buy their stuff. Only downside is that they're quite small so when it's busy it's hard to move around. Hopefully they expand at some point or open another store somewhere where the rent isn't so expensive. ????

I love buying from artbox!! They have a huge range of sanrio goods and are very accessible, due to them being at cons and events. The shop girls are lovely and polite, and the store is always really easy to navigate :) (would love to see some aggretsuko pieces in future though)
