Red Bus Shop - a fantastic experience! I popped in to get a bottle of water, and was greeted by the most lovely team! It was like a little treasure cave of goods, with not just touristy bits, but gifts for every occasion! I walked in for water and came out with 3 bags full of Harry Potter goodies and presents for Christmas. Such a lovely family business who we should all be supporting at this time! :)

It is a big tourist shop with loads of "stuff you need." However - outside they have "wood with hole" you know - that you put your head through. Those are always fun! OH! and they have, yes, yes, a bonus: Penny Machine! The shop is convenient to all sorts of places along the Thames and some cafes - so if you are in the area -pop in and get granny something nice.

Red Bus Shop is a lovely family business with the best variety of gifts in the area. I went in to buy a gift for a friend abroad but ended up buying a whole range of bits for me and my family too! Love supporting small businesses in these times. The staff were really friendly and I felt safe the whole time. Over all a great shopping experience!

Cute curio shop with above and beyond customer service. On a recent trip to London, we inadvertently left behind one of our purchases. We called when we returned to the States and they promptly sent out a replacement. Will definitely return to this location for more goodies the next time.

Came here last week after visiting the London Eye. Loads of tourist stuff and mementoes of our trip to London. I got some notebooks and pens for my daughter and some Harry Potter slippers for my son. Recommended.

Wonderful shop for souvenirs and gifts! And if you forget to print your ticket for the London Eye or River Cruise they will help you!! They are the nicest people and are extremely helpful and patient with frantic tourists who need to retrieve tickets from email.

Souvenir shop with little local competition - I found identical items generally £1 more expensive. Better to shop in target rich local such as Covent Garden. When asked management to price match, was told, "the price is the price". Inflexible and unhelpful.

Lo staff è estremamente gentile e preparato per assecondare ogni esigenza e la qualità e quantità della merce è nettamente superiore al resto dei negozi di articoli da regalo nelle vicinanze. Il negozio è situato a 5 minuti dal famosissimo London Eye. Estremamente curato, personale qualificato e gentilissimo e i prezzi sono generalmente molto più bassi rispetto allo stesso London Eye shop. Assolutamente consigliato!

Un très bon magasin de souvenirs avec un large choix d'articles disponibles. Il y en a pour tous les goûts ! Le personnel était agréable. Il y a beaucoup de boutiques douteuses à Londres mais ici nous n'avions pas la sensation de nous faire arnaquer. J'ai beaucoup aimé le chat noir qui se promenait dans la boutique ! Trop mignon !

Ce n’est pas très cher et l’equipe est à l’écoute et très disponible pour vous aidez si vous en avez besoin. Nous avons pu faire la connaissance du chat du magasin! Cela fait tout son charme
