It's was really good and the staff were really nice, the problem is that the figures were so expensive, for example 1 nendoroid figure was for £70. They had very huge and good quality posters as well. They also have half of the shop amazing mangas. ????✨

resonable, all the stuff there are obviously going to be expensive since it’s imported. i love going there and it’s a great experience since i love watching anime. a whole variety of figures and mangas to choose from, maybe one day i’ll pick up a luffy figure. sometimes the shop keeper hasn’t got change which really annoys me because i have to spend more for him to give me the exact amount of change, since he doesn’t have any.

Has a nice small collection of manga books, figures etc. Man working in the store asked if he could help me after about 5mins of us looking around. Stire does not have the ability to provide you with a full receipt. A receipt via email was only provided after I asked. I'd like to see a much bigger store but possibly they can offer more via their website.

TERRIBLE. Absolutely appalling service. Left feeling humiliated and disgusted.
Was excited to check out a new manga/anime store with a friend of mine, we planned the day out beforehand and travelled across London to see this store. The store itself was quite nice, a big manga collection.
Just as we had made our decisions on what we were going to purchase, a man came up to us and started berating us for not having masks on. We ignored him as we thought he was an unfortunate soul suffering from mental health issues, as we couldn’t believe an employee would speak to a customer with the level of disrespect he was giving us.
Rather than simply asking us to wear a mask, or telling us we had to wear one while in the store, he continued to publicly berate us in front of the whole shop, declaring that we were the sole reason why COVID-19 is spreading and that we were singlehandedly killing the elderly and members of our own family - all saying this right up in our faces as if there isn’t a 2 metre distance rule currently in effect.
At this point I asked if he actually worked here at which point he said ‘Of course I do, use your common sense!’ and then he walked back behind the tills.
I was absolutely astonished. I have never been so publicly humiliated by an employee of a store before, it was mortifying. I have never seen an employee so comfortable shouting at customers in the store in which they work. My friend and I put down the products we were planning on buying, as we weren’t going to then hand money to the same people who had just publicly disrespected and violated us.
Absolutely disgusting service, I am 100% never ever coming to this shop again. If anyone has a similar experience and wants to find a better store which sells similar products - go to Forbidden Planet.

I really enjoyed going. Helpful staff and a wide range of goods. The only minor complaint is they dont have many figurines to choose from like from different anime etc. Other than that, I reccommend going.

Lots of manga, possibly the best selection in London. But it's all wrapped up in plastic! Sure it saves the books so they are in pristine condition, but you can not browse here. A lot of the joy of a shop like this is discovering titles you didn't know about by picking something interesting up and giving it a flick through, but you can't. And there would be lots to flick through here, because lots of the titles on display are pretty rare! So a mixed bag. If you know what you want, great. But if it's an experience you're after, you may be disappointed. But, cool doormats. I'll give 'em that!

Nice small store in Candem, full of figures, manga, japanesse sweets ... The man running the store was nice and helpful. Recommended you pay him a visit if you're around there. 2 new Dragon Ball figures came back home to Spain with me.

Must admit, Japan Craft is a quality Japanese arts and crafts store. I myself like to visit relatively frequently although recently a member of staff who regularly is there comes towards me and addresses me how I should spend my own money then calling the products she herself "trash, garbage" and being somewhat hostile towards me. Personally I enjoy visiting Japan Craft although due to the increasingly rude customer service I am now considering not to visit anymore as I don't feel welcome
