Where do I start?? The absolutely wonderful team at The Paddington Store ALWAYS go above and beyond with their customer service!! Our daughter is currently living in London and we are in Australia... when we visited this AMAZING store in September 2019 we purchased a Paddington oyster card holder for her... a prized special possession that she has used everyday and worn it out recently in its everyday use.. so to surprise her (as we can't travel to see her in these COVID times) I contacted the team via email to see if they still stocked them... and YES ... SUCCESS!! The Paddington Store team were soooo helpful in their prompt responses... and support and help to make this happen for us from the other side of the globe!! They mailed out the parcel to our daughter and included a personalised note as requested too!! Nothing was too much trouble.... THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU SOOOO MUCH to everyone at The Paddington Store.... you have made our beautiful daughter a veeery happy girl!!

Finally arrived at the Paddington store! I was scared of entering this store because everything was so cute and I wanted them all! Luckily I was catching a train to Oxford in a couple of minutes so that prevented me from staying in the shop for too long. ???? must visit if you love Paddington!

mixed review - because: lots of paddington history and displays - and that's cool - but I couldn't find anything I WANTED - what did I want? I don't know. ha! BUT they have a squished penny machine (bonus!!) and lots of things to look at. Oh, and nice staff.

Wanted to buy everything, employees were very nice. Had to ask where it was located, because it almost looks inside the Hilton on the map, but you can walk through the hotel and go down the escalator to find it.

On the lower floor of the Paddington Station Shopping Centre is this unique shop ; the only shop in the whole World that caters only to lover's of everything Paddington Bear orientated.
Also contains historic books on the area of Paddington.
Staff are welcoming friendly and informative.
Outside of the shop is a lovely wee colourful statue of "A bear called Paddington" ; doffing his red hat to passers-by, wearing his blue duffle coat with his travelling tag and holding his suitcase.

Cute little gift shop in the paddington station with a wide variety of souvenirs. I purchased the Paddington at St. Paul’s Cathedral book and a stuffed animal and was very happy to find it!

I visited the Paddington Bear store last weekend and it was a magical experience.
I also took my own bear, Scruffty with me and she was also made to feel very welcome too.
I would highly recommend a visit to this store for anybody that loves their bears :-)

The Paddington Shop in Paddington Station, London is the place to get anything Paddington Bear related. Don't forget to get you picture taken with the bear himself, he's on the platform on the left side of the station about halfway down.

Poor delivery by DPD.
Both DPD and Bear And Bear been unresponsive in dealing with the issue.
Can’t review the company there as they have failed delivering the items bu customer service is a part of the product.
