I only recently discovered this company and I am in awe of everything on their website! Initially, I ordered a beautiful customised gift box for a friend and then stumbled across the journals and ordered myself an art therapy journal. The products are so beautiful and unique. My art therapy journal is of high quality and I received my order quickly. Their customer service has been incredible too, which is always a positive sign that they’re good people and know good business. Can’t wait to place my next order :)

I recently ordered a custom hamper for a girlfriend in the UK via Bookblock. I was super impressed with the selection of items to include and how quickly it was delivered. My girlfriend was blown away and said the quality of the items, even down to the quality of the box they came in - she said was great and that even the box is a keepsake. It was well presented and way exceeded other hampers she has seen. Her partner was also impressed and is looking at Bookblock for future corporate gifts because of the quality and presentation.

Amazing products! I received some products for my birthday from Bookblock and I’m so happy with them. The scented candle smells amazing and I love the fact that they have reusable teabags, I’m looking forward to trying the ‘relax and unwind’ herbal tea! Would definitely recommend taking a look at what they have whether for yourself or a perfect gift!

I just received my first ever box and first of all, the smell from the box is amazing! Can’t wait to eat or bath in that already. The packaging is fanatic, I feel like a princess already opening it. The goodies inside- chosen by my friend- are also an amazing range of goodies- not any cheap goodies. Really high end good products, which I cannot wait to demolish(over the next couple of days). The packaging, the extra cards inside, the items inside are a perfect, absolute perfect gift for anyone wishing to surprise their loved ones (especially now during lockdown). I would 100% recommend the box!

We have admired Bookblock's website for a while and were waiting for a good opportunity to send a friend a lovely gift.
Some friends recently moved house and we sent them a nice box of treats which they absolutely loved.
The delivery was made even quicker than the estimate provided and we loved the great range of gifts, the site offered a fantastic selection of items people would genuinely love to receive.
We’ll definitely be using Bookblock again - possibly for Mother’s Day which is fast approaching.
Sarah at customer services was also incredibly helpful when we had some follow up questions.

Really disappointed in this service, ordered a gift for my sister in Canada and after weeks of it not arriving was informed by a team member that they ‘didn’t realise’ it was an item that needed international shipping and I was then asked to pay a surcharge for the shipping. When I politely requested a refund instead I was told ‘I had to wait until the item is returned to the warehouse’... 1 month on still no refund and am so unhappy with how I’ve been treated. Not recommended.

I sent a "beard box" to my partner who is stuck in Aus during the pandemic and he absolutely loved it! He loves using the Ylang Ylang & Sandalwood Beard Oil, Beard Balm and Beard Shampoo.
