Where do I begin. I arrived 10 minutes before 10am opening and I was still standing there 10:10am. Two staff members arrived at 10:12 look at me waiting at the door and offered no apology.
3 weeks after purchasing an pair of headphones for my godson I tried to exchange it. (I was wrongly advised by the staff member when purchasing the item I explained I did not have any gaming knowledge hence the reason why I asked for help.) I could not find the receipt when I tried to exchange the headphone but I was confident that this would not be an issue because in my mind I thought if they scanned the item they will see I bought the item from that particular store. I was told I need the receipt so I left. I returned 2 weeks later still with no receipt but I found the transaction on my bank statement with MENKIND clearly showing the exact amount deducted from my account for the item. I was still refused an exchange. I have since purchased the correct headphone from argos a lot cheaper. Fast forward nearly 3 months later the item has been sitting in my kitchen unused still in the original packaging I found the receipt. This is now my third visit to the store I was asked why have I taken so long to return the item I explained the previous situation to the staff member I was told I could not get a refund after nearly 3 months I must contact customer service. Mind you this all ties in with COVID. by then my frustration level have gone really high I phone customer service explained the situation I was told not refund they can only replace the item. I explained I had already purchased the correct item from argos and I was told they can only exchange I was being forced to purchase something I no longer need. By this time I was over the refund and I was more concerned about their principal and how they handled customers. Based on my personal experience I do not believe this store belongs in WESTFIELD STRATFORD. Once they get your money thats it, they are done providing a service. They are so desperate to hold on to £25.....

It's a place where you got buy some gadgets and novelty items. If you want a small gift for someone that's well a slight geek then it's good. I do have to say the staff are really nice and a credit to the store, I had a nice chat with one of the staff.

A very nice little store with plenty of products and a very easy to find location, the store is clean and very well set out however I do feel it could do with a larger area as everything seems to be crammed in.
Staff are friendly and easy to talk to, would definitely recommend visiting.

It's mostly gadgets, toys and things like mugs/wallets. Lava lamps, cheap drones, pop guns, candyfloss machine, loss of Harry Potter merch, funkopops and so on. Some people (aimed at younger guys, but mostly unisex) are very difficult to buy for, so it may actually be a good last resort.

If you're a man, I doubt you won't like at least 10 items in this shop. So cool gadgets, some pretty useful, others so funny. I felt like a lab mouse in a experiment at that place: everything is like engineered to attract you. Lol

Like everywhere in Westfield: If it's Christmas your queuing for a minimum of 10 minutes.
Don't touch the kinetic sand they have out for kids to play with. I feel like I shouldn't have to say this but my friend did and promptly got sick so for God's sake people DON'T TOUCH THE KINETIC SAND.
Also it's quite full of overpriced junk so be sure to visit if you're a tourist...

There’s a story behind visiting so meany of your stores, I first attended Red 5 however they never had the Magic pro combo in stock so they suffered the other store, I attended that store and got something else I was after and they phoned ahead to this store to put aside my new drone for me☺️ which is excellent customer service!

This is exactly what you'd expect, a one stop boys toys shop so quit complaining about lack of customer 'service' There' s always loads of offers in the window so most punters have a fair idea of what they want and will only ask questions when they're nearer to making a decision. This, Suck and Game are the only places in Westfield you'll find remote control drones etc. If you don't like what's on offer you can walk your wallet elsewhere.
