The staff are super friendly and the shop had a nice atmosphere. You can definitely find a lit of cool Japanese items in here. The only complaint is that the shop floor can be too tight with more than 5 people in there.

They sell lots of cute items at reasonable prices. One of the few shops that sell kawaii Japanese items that you can't find anywhere else in London. They have items such as Sanrio and Rilakuma. The staff are all very friendly too.

It has an array of cute merchandise, like stationary, plushies (toys), sweets from Japan, small figures, keychains, and other cute things.

I loved this place. I've never seen anything like this in London and i totally loved it. It's full of cute/kawaii stuff (plush, stationery, dresses and even japanese food) like some shops in Japan.
Perfect for Pusheen lovers (I always carry with me the one i bought here yesterday) and "otaku" people ❤

Best shop for cute stuff. Very lively lovely and friend staff who offer you baskets and are always ready to help. Not too hard to find, and the layout of the shop is always in good order. Lovely.

I came to Covent Garden on Sunday 19th Jan 2020, and found this little diamond of a shop. Being a huge fan of Hello Kitty, Pusheen, etc I found I was in heaven. The staff, not only cute, are very knowledgeable and totally friendly. I can’t recommend this shop enough. GO THERE, NOW! ????

Cutest shop I’ve ever been to in London. Not only is the shop itself amazing but the staff too! They’re incredibly friendly and happy to help with anything. There are very few places that sell things like this in the UK. The prices are quiet reasonable as they’re hard to find or only available online. They sell a range of things from squishies to notebooks. I’d definitely come again and recommend this! Hands down one of the best Japanese/kawaii/stationary shops I’ve ever been too!

Kawaii overload!! Full of adorable popular Japanese character merchandise. A little expensive but well worth a visit for a treat!
The staff are really lovely too which makes this shop a pleasure to stop at if you are in the Covent Garden area.

Kawaii stationery and gifts at reasonable prices. This is quite a small shop but a range of popular characters are represented, including Rilakkuma and Gudetama. There are a lot of cute stationery options available including stickers, post-its, and notepads. The staff were friendly and efficient. Well worth a visit if you love everything Kawaii.

One of my favourite places in London, I always stop by when I'm in the city and stay there for as long as I can ! Everything is so cute and the merchandise range is incredible. The shop itself is quite small but the staff is always incredibly sweet and patient with you. I can not recommend this place enough !

I love ARTBOX!!! It’s the cutest store in London for sure, and it has an amazing selection of adorable stuffed animals, stationary, and more! My only request is that you add MORE San-X merchandise! Stationary, stickers, and smaller items with the Sumikko Gurashi characters, and anything more with Jinbesan, would be great additions! ^u^
