Would just like to say a massive thank you to Simon White and the team at Ford for making our visit so pleasant and comfortable we had travelled a two hour drive to come and view and test drive a car. While we were travelling Simon sent me a quick video of the car which was great. On arrival we were welcomed with warmth and politeness I felt so at ease what a great experience and I am pleased to say i did buy the car and would definitely recommend.

The customer service with Sandicliffe Loughborough Body Shop has been absolutely appalling and the behaviour of the staff disgusting. Being a key worker and not being able to take time off I sent a named driver of the car to collect the courtesy car. The next day I used the car to drive to work, to find the car has not been cleaned. The car was very very dusty all around, sticky cup holders, hair clips, and feather on the mat. I then phoned Sandicliffe Loughborough Body Shop Reception and a female member of staff answered, I explained the situation and she got extremely rude. And replied: Why didn't you collect the car yourself, that way you could have question me then, she asked me to return the car for other customers to use, she refused to give me her name on several accounts. She did offer I go around and she will clean it, but I just didn't have the time, hence why I got someone else to collect it. I then called the Sandicliffe Loughborough complaints department they listened to what I had to say and then forwarded the call to the manager. Now the manager of the body shop fully supported his rude staff, he didn't apologise nor did he get his female peer to apologise. The lady was vile and I would never advice anyone to use their service. As a front desk staff she needs to be able to deal with issues in a calm manner. I have attached some photos.

We took our car to Sandicliffe after having the air-con re-gassed elsewhere which caused a water leak. Sandicliffe found a problem with a pipe which they fixed but then told me that hadn't resolved the issue and it would cost over £1k to resolve by removing carpets,seats,etc to find a subsequent leak. We declined this and completed a survey expressing our disappointment. So why am I giving them five stars you may ask? We received a call from Martin (Service Manager) who had reviewed the survey and noted that we were not happy. There wasn't a further leak, we were advised wrong so he invited us to bring the car in for a further review and wet vac'd it three times to remove as much moisture as possible. He also re-gassed the air-con free of charge and was generally really helpful. Martin has turned a less than happy customer into one who will return to Sandicliffe Loughborough again if needed. Thank you for being proactive in your service and taking note of the survey.

Being a women on my own and in my 70's going to buy a new car is very daunting, I was expecting to be given a hard sell and forced into buying a car with lots of things I didn't want, but I couldn't have been more wrong. The guys in Nissan are completely fanstatic. I was very nervous and unsure of what to get and the sales manager overheard my conversation and came across (Simon I think his name was) he put me at ease and I felt so relaxed and comfortable the whole buying experience was excellent and I was kept informed along the way. An excellent experience with Sandicliffe Nissan from start to finish! From the moment I made the initial call and spoke with Andy Hale nothing was too much trouble. I was very specific in the spec & trim I wanted... and I wanted a specific colour that given the Production issues cause by the pandemic was difficult to find. Andy listened to what I wanted made no promises other than to try his best.... 3.5 hours later he had sourced exactly what I wanted. 11 days later it was registered and ready for me to collect! For customer service and an all round positive experience I can not recommend Andy and Sandicliffe Nissan highly enough! Excellent service, I felt like a valued customer and I will be returning when I look for my next Car!

Bought a used Qashqai from Sandicliffe Nissan on 01/09/20 after seeing the ad on autotrader the previous week. They were quick to respond to my questions & very helpful over the phone. A personal video was also provided. We paid a deposit & arranged to come & view the car the following week & take it for a test drive. We dealt with Bruce Charles who was very helpful throughout the whole process. After deciding we wanted to purchase the vehicle, the process was simple, quick & easy with no pressure to buy at any stage. We travelled 3 hrs from North Wales & wouldn't hesitate to use this garage again. Felt safe with their Covid 19 precautions in place too.

Convenient but very expensive. Only go if you're sure the car will pass MOT. Had booked an MOT and service here which was ~£200. But my car had an engine light on and the reception said it won't pass MOT and they'll have to run a diagnostic test for £75 and extra charges for labour and parts to fix it. I took my car away and got it all fixed for £50 in a small garage and it's now passed MOT.

I have never seen such a bad customer communication in my life at Sandicliffe loughborough. Came in for a test drive for an x1. the approach from the sale rep was appauling, telling my he called me in the morning with an attitude and couldnt get an answer. From the start of meeting him I didnt like his approach. While he was busy trying to take the price stickers off the car, he didnt even bother to say you can sit in the car as it was about -1. Made me look around the car for about 10 minutes as he was struggling to take stickers off, never felt so awkward. The test drive took around 30 minutes, In the space of that 30 minutes, the sales rep didnt make one word about the car. He just kept quiet the whole journey which was very awkward for me. Never asked questions or anything, its like he didnt want to sell the car. Hes phone was pinging the whole journey and he was just on his phone, never seen anything like this from a big company. As we parked up all he asked me was what do you think...? The clutch was clicking all the way so wasnt so keen on the car. all he said was OK PROBABLY NOT THE CAR FOR YOU... I walked off so did he. very awkward experience. I will never step foot in this place again and make sure noone from my family or freinds will approach this place... btw paint was coming off. Clutch was clicking. Fuming

Having had an awful experience at TCH ford in Derby I was hesitant to bring my pride and joy here for a service and MOT... But they have been absolutely out standing. I dropped my car off at 8am and had a phone call before 3pm to say it was ready for collection, there was no waiting until 5pm and having to ring them to check if it was ready! Something I really appreciated! I was even sent a video walk through of some of the service. Thanks for a great customer experience, I can’t recommend you enough.

I have taken my car to Sandicliffe Loughborough after appauling service at Sandicliffe nottingham where I brought it from 2018 Nissan Qashqai 1.6Dci at a cost of 17k ( sold to me by Laura and Ben who don't reply to emails or calls and have totally ignored all the issues with my car for the last 8 months ) so I've taken it to Sandicliffe Loughborough have serviced the car and carried out 2 warranty repairs I've been dealing with Adam & Martin who have been so helpful and understanding with the issues on my car ,providing updates and courtesy car and are pursuing the rest of my claim with nissan I can honestly say I can't believe the difference between the 2 branches and would recommend the Loughborough branch to anyone ,many thanks for all your efforts.

I was Just causally looking around at the cars and I came across one I loved, and a very helpful gentleman named Mike sirrell (hopefully I’ve spelt that correct) approached us and sorted everything out for me, he made everything clear and easy and took his time to make sure everything was perfect, along side ranj rana, they explained the car wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday however I was going away Wednesday and wanted the car to drive, and they done everything in their power to ensure I have the best chance to have the car ready for Monday, as we were sitting down they already had the car in the garage which was amazing, they were both so friendly and considering this was my first experience with car finance, they made it so smooth for me and I couldn’t fault them, I’ve now got a lovely car on the way and have no worries. Can't fault the service I received here . I'd had an ongoing issue with steering and traction control in my Nissan Juke for over a year and previous garages had repeatedly told me that nothing was wrong and that the traction control was over-sensitive. This despite the fact that the car jerks from side to side randomly while driving and I knew this wasn't right! It was at the point where I was looking to buy a new car as my Juke was unsafe and stressful to drive (despite passing MOTs). As a last resort booked it in to Sandicliffe for an MOT and diagnostic - they clearly identified there was an issue after a test drive (and that I wasn't crazy!). They didn't have the parts needed to fix that day but advised me not to drive the car home as they were concerned about safety (how the other garages hadn't noticed this escapes me!!). The parts were in the next day and they returned my Juke like a new car - drives perfectly and Martin even managed to knock over £150 off the final bill. Highly, highly recommend this place - they have saved me a lot of money on a new car for at least the next couple of years and I'm back to loving my Juke (which is why I bought it in the first place!).

Brought a new(er) car. Engine had a serious malfunction within a day and so the car went back (sandicliffe mazda) where it has been now for 4 weeks. I have not had a phone call or an update of any kind and I am less than impressed with the service. When we brought the car the salesman lacked personality, I felt him to be fairly rude during the whole process. I wont be a returning customer thats for sure.

They did, as far as I know, a good job on a recall to my wife's car and did it promptly. It would have been a higher score if they'd would have cleaned the car or, at least, offered to do it for an extra cost. A recall is not the same as having a service. Not my problem it was a recall as it is obviously inconvenient.

Very disappointing aftercare service from such a large business. It's such a shame as the staff seem so helpful when selling the vehicle but could not care less once they've made their sale. I had a Ford Fiesta from Sandicliffe in February. On test driving the vehicle, there was a very obvious chip in the windscreen to which I was informed would be resolved on collecting the vehicle, either by repair, or if this wasn't possible, replacement. When I arrived to collect the vehicle, it was very clear that nothing had been done. I then received confirmation, from Tim, that he would ensure they would book the car in for a replacement windscreen. I also did not receive the spare key or the diamondbrite kit that I paid extra for. The day before I was due to get the spare key, diamondbrite kit and have the windscreen repaired, I received a phone call from Tim telling me that they were no longer able to do this, which I obviously disputed. I then received a second phone call asking that I go through my insurance for a new windscreen. As you can imagine, I was extremely angry about this. A few weeks later, someone finally came to my workplace to replace the windscreen but I was still without the spare key and diamondbrite kit. I have been chasing the spare key and kit via email as my calls are never answered but am yet to receive a response (other than asking what the blade looks like)! I have since sold the car but have unfortunately lost out due to not having the spare key. The only reason a one star rating is being left is because you are unable to score any lower.

Terrible service, was told incorrectly that I was under warranty and when asked to fix a fault they confirmed it was faulty but I wasn't under warranty and then charged me £75 for the benefit, they never return your calls and didn't even have the decency to apologise just say they thought they had acted correctly.
