I purchased a qashqai 64 plate from sandicliffe Loughborough after initially choosing a mokka tbat i was told 2 days before collection that it had a engine block leak nice to know they weren't going to sell me a dud. Bought the qashqai and before 4 weeks had passed had an issue which they sorted without question. I cannot fault the service i have received, even gave me a courtesy car while they fixed mine

Arranged to test drive a vehicle over the phone, time and date agreed with Sophie internet sales. Called two days later on day to confirm and was told yet again vehicle was available and ready for the test drive. Travelled from Nottingham and saw Simon who went through the details took our id and sent us off on a test drive. We Liked the car and attempted to negotiate on the price which had previously been agreed by Sophie. At this point we were told this was not possible to negotiate and in actual fact the vehicle was no longer available for sale! The story we were then told was that a lady had paid £100 to reserve and was booked in to test drive the car at the same time us! 3 members of staff on 3 different occasions had failed to notice this so called reservation! Wasted over 2 hours and then very disappointed to be told our money was not good enough! Obviously there seems to be a clear case of poor communication between members of staff or it just seems it was all too coincidental for my liking when we attempted to negotiate on the price!

Excellent service provided today on buying a used car. Social distancing was of top priority. On arrival I was asked to phone and let Sean the salesman know I was there. He came out to my car keeping a good safe distance with mask and gloves on. My car had been cleaned thoroughly and sanitised before I was allowed to take it away. Keeping people safe was of high priority and that was evident throughout the whole buying and collecting experience. Top service provided throughout the sale, totally recommend buying a car from here especially in these current circumstances.

Visited after arranging a 24 hour test drive which was booked through Sandicliffe Ford. On arrival the dealer was uninformed about the purpose of the visit. No explanation about any functions on the vehicle. The model was a hybrid but there was no charge on the battery. Proof of I'd was taken for a photocopy and keys were passed on with a rough point of the finger to where the car was parked and a remainder to return it by midday tomorrow. Overall very poor customer service and as a result we will not use this branch for any of our future needs as the coalville ford branch have always gone out of their way to accommodate all of our ford needs from service to sales and anything inbetween.

I just wanted to say how competitive modern business is in the new world today. I have been in the motor industry now for 30 years and I am still on a daily basis working with Sandicliffe Loughborough, I remember as a ten year old boy going into the old dealership and asking for car brochures. As kids we were never turned away as I wanted to be in the motor industry. I just want to say a big thank you to Gary Dighton and Sean Barker for continuing the legacy of what has been one of the longest standing dealerships in Loughborough. After a warranty repair for an oil leak in Nov 19, a similar leak appeared outside of warranty. After some to and fro, which was not helped my COVID-19, Sandicliffe asked me to show faith in them to fairly judge if my currently leak was new or relating to the previous repair. I agreed and have a repaired car and was not charged. Honourable client agreement and handled well by the service manager Martin. Thanks

Sold a faulty mustang, car suspension was in a sorry state!!! Avoid Ford Sandicliffe Loughborough, dodgy suspension after only 3 months, tried to call them for help and they didn't want to know. Update-garage is vat registered and my third party warranty did pay out, so thanks to them.

I met Simon Lovell when he was managing the branch in Melton Mowbray, he sold me my first car from Sandicliffe, Since then every 2 to 3 years Simon and his team have helped me change my cars, when he moved to Loughborough I moved with him and continued to buy cars from him. I replaced my car earlier this year and 2 weeks ago my partner purchased a used Nissan Leaf from Simon also. All of the cars have been in top condition and great working order and a good and fair deal can always be struck. My immediate family based on the support I have had over the years has encouraged them to buy from here also. For me there is only one choice where to buy cars from and that is here. Over the past 2 weekends we have test driven and purchased our new Leaf, the showroom and forecourt are Covid secure and steps are taken to make you feel safe and secure. Today I was lucky to be given a great new Ford Kuga courtesy car whilst my X-Trail was being serviced, a much better car than mine I might add. In summary I always feel welcome and over the years have grown to consider Simon, Tom and the team to be friends. Buy a car from here, it is the right choice.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Went and collected my brand new Mazda 2 today. Peter Singh has over 2 decades experience in this business and it shows. He read my wants and needs brilliantly. Gave an excellent price on my part ex, and found me my dream car. Was patient with me on my test drive (I'm nervous in a manual!) and nothing was too much trouble. My partner dealt with the finer details. Peter is a credit and a real asset to Sandicliffe. Provided me with two brand new keys in January for a Mercedes-Benz e220 at a cost of over 1000 pounds. 6 months later, neither key has battery and one doesn't work period, coding issue according to RAC engineer. Informed them of issue and now they want me to pay £75 for then to even look at the keys. And I have to wait over a month (car is useless at this point and cannot be locked). Seems to me cut corners and provided faulty hardware to settle claim. Now they don't want to know unless I'm paying up front.

Buying a Brand new car great, Loughborough aftersales absolutely horrendous. Had more fun battling lung cancer in 2007. My brand new Mazda CX5 broke down 37 days ago and has still not been returned. Excuse after excuse, lies given both to me and to Mazda UK. One update since July 7th and only because I emailed. Paint issues from new, Group Manager, Gary, accused me of damaging the paint intentionally. Service Manager accused me of using poor quality fuel and ad-blue. The cars only done 2600 miles and ad-blue never been topped up, where do you buy poor quality fuel from? Absolutely horrendous service from my first encounter, leave the car with us, don't know when we will look at it, you want a courtesy car - tough! Luckily Mazda UK have been brilliant and have supplied me with a car, hope they bill Sandicliffe for it. Update following response....Sandicliffe didn't even put in a warranty claim for the poor paint as you,Gary, blamed me for causing the damage intentionally. I had to argue the case with Mazda UK direct and Mazda contacted Sandicliffe to obtain a full paint report before authorising paint repairs costing £3000.00 ... That is the reality of the situation!!! Further update...we are now on day 46 and still no car!!

Be wary of the stock list online as it does not show sold cars. Sold cars which you can still place a deposit on! Based on a disappointing recent experience. What I have now learnt is a call centre responding to online enquiries, they were very helpful, but it seems they don’t have to correct information on the cars listed. Sold cars need to be removed from online stock list and Autotrader to save disappointment.

I LOVE MY CAR!! Terrific customer service and communication from Ciarnan, Simon & Andy at Nissan Loughborough, I found them to be helpful, honest and fair. I traded my Vauxhall Grandland for the Nissan XTrail Tekna. Working around the Covid safety issues the Nissan was available to test drive unaccompanied and for a generous amount of time to get used to the vehicle. Once we decided to purchase the car the communication and after sales care from the team was excellent. They helped tax the car and exchange my licence plate. Top marks to top blokes! Thank you!

Visited Sandicliffe today to trade in my old car and buy a used one. I have to say, from start to finish my experience at Sandicliffe was perfect. As we were driving from Barnsley to Loughborough to purchase the car, they gave us reassurance over the phone that our time would not be wasted. We were able to reserve the car for £99 and travel down at a time to suit us. On arrival, the car had been freshly valeted and serviced ready for us. Ranj, our salesman, was incredibly professional and friendly and could not do enough for us. Even ensuring that some minor scuffs we had noticed on the car were buffed out before we drove away, and ordered a new part for the car which we had noticed wasn’t there. Ranj was a complete breath of fresh air for us, having dealt with extremely pushy and obnoxious salesmen in the past! He is an asset to Sandicliffe and made our car buying experience extremely pleasant. We would not hesitate driving the 60 miles to Loughborough to buy our next car, such was the level of satisfaction with our experience!

WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR NO STARS! Sandcliffe Ford have been absolutely shocking, poor customer service, poor phone support, poor communication. Having been told that they are too busy to do the work that is needed on a van which is used for a family run business. They apparently 'fixed' the issue after having the van for 3 weeks and then a week later my dad broke down in the middle of the motorway due to their poor quality of work. The van has now been in the garage for over 10 days again and no update. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Never have we experience such awful service. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM at all. I am absolutely appalled, they have no understanding of how no vehicle affects income for a sole trader. The van was supposed to be ready today, but yet again NO update from their shocking team.

Really disappointed with this place, it is a shame as the new Ford Focus is a great car. I went in around six weeks ago and told them I wanted to buy a new car and trade in my old vehicle. I spoke to Tim Ford who was friendly and helpful but he deals with used cars, I wasn't interested as the interest on the finance is too high. The salesman that deals with new cars just couldn't be bothered, he didn't want to value my car, just told me to go online and get a valuation. I wanted to order, I knew what I wanted. I left it a few weeks and they had a clearance event on so I thought I'd give them another try as every workplace has poor people but they aren't all like that. This time the salesman tried to find me a car along the lines of what I wanted, and also drove my car to value it. He told me the clutch is going which isn't correct, all a con in order to give a poor valuation. He never got me buying into the deal and became frustrated when I wouldn't part with £250 deposit. He didn't have a clue about the car spec (he should know this) and a really poor salesman. I wouldn't buy a car from here, I think Ford is a good strong brand but do yourself a favour, go to another dealership. The thing that worries me the most is these people would have been servicing and looking after the car, if they are making up things that are wrong when all is fine, it could cost thousands unnecessarily. It makes you think they wouldn't carry out the correct/thorough service as well and you really need to be able to have confidence in what they tell you. It is a shame as the first salesperson I spoke to, Tim did a good job and deserves much better than the incompetent people he works with! It really is like the 1970's, underhand tactics and desperation when you say you need to think about the offer, they should try building a better relationship/trust first.
