Dropped our car off at 8am for a diagnostic check asked for it to be ready for 1pm got here early at 12.30 car hadn't moved from where we left it was told were running late by 1/2 hour still waiting at nearly 2pm.would not reccomend bringing your car here.

I bought a car from here earlier in the week and I couldn’t be any happier! From start to finish, the service I received from both Mike and Roy was exceptional and I couldn’t have hoped for better! Both were friendly, smiley and very helpful. Throughout the sale, Mike was thorough and made sure I was well informed of all information before purchasing the car. First class service from Phillip and the team. Car we wanted hadn’t been finished being prepared, but as we had traveled 40 miles we wanted to take it that day. Phillip pulled out the stops to make sure it was all done, in 2 hours including a smart repair to a scuff on the wing mirror. From start to finish the experience of dealing with them was excellent and would definitely recommend them...and despite the distance, would consider travelling back to them in the future. My wife absolutely loves her new car, it looks stunning. Thank you Phillip for all your assistance.

We took our Ford Ecosport in for its first service this morning. We were greeted by Richard Butler who provided us with a breakfast voucher whilst we waited for our car to be serviced. To say we were impressed by the service provided, particularly by Richard, would be an understatement. We expected to wait for 2 hours but the car was dealt with in under one and half hours and was delivered back to us sparkling clean inside and out. And as an added bonus, on our return home we found an email waiting for us from Richard with a vehicle health check video. Excellent service from the Sandicliffe team. We look forward to doing business with you again.

I recently gave a 5 star review which was more to do with the service I received before collecting my new car. Since I signed on the dotted line and collected my new car everything has gone downhill.
I collected my new car at the end of February, a week later the car wouldn’t start. I had the inconvenience of getting to work on the bus and returning in my lunch break so the garage could collect the car. They said the cause was the battery and that a new one was put on, at the time I mentioned that I had noticed oil patches on my drive. I was told they had checked and nothing was wrong! The car is still leaking oil and I have been told to book it in with Nissan as it is still under warranty. Their first available appointment is the 12th of April. This is not what I was expecting to be doing after only having the car for one week, surely you should have your vehicles road worthy before purchase. I’m very frustrated and disappointed and shall not be using you for future purchases.

I needed a car quickly a few weeks ago. Saw a car on the website and Tim Ford arranged to bring the car to my work (in Nottingham, so a fair distance from the dealership). No hard sales pitch, just making sure I got the car that was right for me, at the right price and with the right extras.
Tim really went the extra mile (literally) and picked me up from my home to take me over to the dealership on the day.

I have just purchased my first car and have experienced fantastic service from the whole team at Sandicliffe Ford in Loughborough. I dealt with Mike ‘squirrel’ when purchasing my car and he was brilliant. He explained everything to me, asked if I had any questions and was very patient with me throughout. I have been absolutely blown away with the world class service I received today from Bruce at the Nissan dealership. He was phenomenal and a true gentleman looking after myself, my friend and her son. He gave us all the information we needed regarding a new car and arranged test drives for both of us to experience the Nissan Qashqai in all its glory. Everything was very well explained regarding the car, the specification and engine. No question was left unanswered by Bruce and we built a superb rapport. He deserves a pay rise! Or at least another days holiday! I look forward to hearing the news that the new car is ready for collection and for all future visits to the dealership! I had got a safety Recall on my Mazda car and booked it in to Sandicliffe at Loughborough and was very pleased with the service and facilities.
Booked in very quickly and as I had to wait I was escorted down to the cafe and waiting area to carry on working whilst my car was checked over.

I received a great service when I took my car in for a 71hr Diagnostic check when my engine management light came on in my car (I would recommend this drop off service due to the diagnostic check was booked up for a month + so this service allowed me to get it seen to quicker) after two days they got a new part that was a fault and fixed my car within the week!
Supper happy with the service and didn’t need to pay anything due to my car been in warranty.
However there is only one complain when it came to payment, there was a mix up where they said my car wasn’t in warranty but it was and I had to back my self up a bit for them to accept that and get it right!

I stumbled across the car I wanted by chance, and when the salesman’s name was Ford I smiled to myself.... Admittedly there was a delay getting the car due to a part having to be sourced from overseas, but the ongoing communication was great. I didn’t feel pressured during the sales process, and there was an easy rapport with him.

Very impression with the friendly and professional help and time received from Mike over the last week. We arrived at the showroom at 3.50 last Sunday for a “look around” to find a car we were very interested in. Mike stayed with us beyond his finish time for at least an extra hour to help us with our questions and allowed us to take our time viewing the car. There was no pressure at all put on us and certainly no feeling of frustration that Mike was the only member of staff left with us in tow!
We decided to buy the car which resulted in Mike being in email communication with us throughout the week (even on his days not in work). Picked the car up today, all ready & everything completed as promised. A swift hand over.
Staff like Mike deserve praise & we hope Sandicare acknowledge his excellent customer service & dedication to the company. Thanks Mike!

Very were very pleased with the service we received from James Gilbert and Ranj at Loughborough. They spent time with us looking for the right vehicle for our needs. Turned up without booking because of engine fault light on dash. Car was looked at within 5 mins of turning up. Fault diagnosed, at which point staff insisted I leave the car with them. Found me a demonstrator car, as all the courtesy cars were booked, without me even having to ask. Rang me with updates and when I returned to pick it up not only had they taken the time to clean it for me inside and they also kept good on the provisional quote they had given me despite the job taking much longer than anticipated and warning me it might cost more.
Never had aftercare service like this from anywhere before. I will be buying my next car from them and using them for all servicing in future.
