Recently had a few issues with my Nissan Qashqai purchased from Sandicliffe April 2019, the initial customer service I received from their after sales/service team was not brilliant to say the least. However, Charlotte Hanford, Used Car Sales and Martin Hines, Service Manager took ownership of my case and restored my faith in Sandicliffe Nissan. I would definately recommend them

I have never given a recommendation to anyone before, but after the service I received from Mike from Sandicliffe Loughborough, I had to put one on here.
Have been looking for a newer car for sometime and found one that ticked the boxes at Sandicliffe.
Was introduced to Mike from the start and have to say what a great service I received. Professional, considerate and informative throughout whole process.

Richard was absolutely fantastic today; he went above and beyond for me while my car has to have its engine changed. After hearing that I require a car for medical reasons and that I am not yet old enough to hire a car, he managed to shuffle things around and despite Sandicliffe not actually having any available, arranged a temporary vehicle. I am really thankful as loosing mobility would have caused me serious problems with my medication (literally keeping me alive) and potentially with hospital appointments. Great customer service.

We saw a car online and asked the team at Sandicliffe Loughborough for a test drive. Tim Ford brought the car to our home for a test drive which was very convenient. The service we received from Tim was exceptional. We went to Sandicliffe Loughborough to finalise purchase of the car and we hit a few problems with our payment. Tim was very professional and understanding. A few days later, we purchased the car and we can't thank Tim enough for all the help. We love the car and once again many thanks to Tim.

Yesterday we test drove a mazda2. Loved the car. The salesman, Peter, was very helpful. Made a fair offer on our existing car and a good offer on their price. Initially was not able to find the colour we wanted, but after a bit of hard work and haggling was able to source a shiny new one from factory for registration on a 19 plate at the agreed bargain price.
Returned today to address a few last minute details. This time spoke to a manager, Bryony who was friendly and was efficient in sorting the fine details.

Have used Sandicliffe Loughborough for many years and always found the staff pleasant and helpful.
I recently had a fault occur on my car and Martin Hines Service Manager went above and beyond to take the stress out of a very stressful situation. Martin made sure my car was repaired urgently and loaned me a courtesy car so that I was not left without transport for vital hospital visits. Good customer service is about “ going the extra mile “ I would say he went the extra 5 miles, I cannot thank him enough.

Worst sandicliffe ever. We are never using them again. They had the vehicle in for a new wiring looms as it broke down. They quoted £2653 for the repairs. Agreed on that price. Turns out it needed only 1 loom donut should have cost less. However They said the steering angle sensor became fault and charged around an extra £360. So even though they only fitted one loom they still took it neither the original price. The issue for the sensor was not even found in the diagnostic which they charged £150 for. It somehow was only discovered after they fit the new loom. This sensor may or may not have become faulty because of the repair I'm not sure. The steering was also perfectly fine when it broke down. The only issue was the wiring loom. ON COLLECTION DAY I WAS DISSAPPOINTED TO THE MAXIMUM. When we went to collect the car it wasn't even washed. We had to wait an hour. After that when she handed the keys to drive away. When we opened the door a fuse book on the passenger side was left opened and exposed. We had to point that out to them after which they took it back to the workshop for another half hour. After that we also noticed there was a scratch they made which they repaired somehow when taken to the workshop. After that we noticed the leather on the gear shifter was also not attached. This is the worst experience ever considering we paid around £2650. It seems like there technical team cannot carry out repairs to even a decent standard. Imagine going to collect your car and having to wait almost 3 hours whilst they take it back to the workshop multiple times. They hadn't even fit the carpet properly so they had to take it back again. VERY DISSAPPOINTED AND I AM NEVER USING SANDICLIFFE EVER AGAIN.

I have given my car for repair and i been told its gonna be half a day and will ring you back. I been waiting for phone call whole afternoon and didnot receive any phone call, instead i was calling seceral times and no answer, and one time someone pick up call and after short conversation she hanged up on me. I recalled the number and one lady said yes you got cut off and i will call you straight back. But its been half an hour and i am still waiting for straight phone call. I have no car since morning and its 17.04 now. When i was told its gonna be mid day. I was atleast expecting a courtesy call that it will take longer so atleast i would have prepare myself.
Absolutely not on. And horrible experience.
I am not recommending anyone and would not like to give even one star. And this is not first time this has happened. This is many occasions.

Big thanks to my Mazda salesman Tim Ford (who stepped in from the Ford side to help) to make my Mazda purchase smooth and simple. He went above and beyond in my opinion, even giving me a lift to the showroom from home on the day of purchase and ensuring all of my requests were dealt with such as talking to the parts dept re a spare wheel kit and dealing with a scratch on the bodywork! He is very knowledgeable and talked me through the cars features on the test drive and the day of purchase. He also pushed through the order of my spare key despite internal dealership problems and secured me a full tank of fuel for the return visit needed to program it. All in all I would definately recommend this friendly dealership and Tim in particular when you are looking for your next new or used car.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from when you walk through the door to driving out with it! Mike, Sean and Ranj couldn’t be more helpful and friendly! Mike was really helpful and made us feel at ease the whole time we were there we didn’t feel we were being rushed or pushed despite a very busy show room and made me feel I could enjoy the test drive a lot more than I thought I could! Perry was fantastic throughout the whole experience. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the stock on site. He and the manager went back and forth to get us a price we were all happy with.
He even managed to keep our 19 month old son entertained for a while!
All in all would definitely recommend Sandicliffe loughborough for buying a car.

After receiving a recommendation from a friend who had got their car from Sandicliffe, I popped down to have a look. From the beginning the service from Charlotte in used cars was excellent - very nice and approachable, and explained everything clearly. I arranged to go back and visit two cars, but in the meantime one of the cars was listed as sold on the website. I called Sandicliffe to check whether this was the case - they then reserved both cars for me, which was great! I mainly dealt with James Gilbert and Ranj, and could not be happier with the excellent service. There was no pressure to buy, and you felt that they really went above and beyond to get you a good deal. I would recommend Loughborough Sandicliffe to anyone - the service from everyone I encountered was great, but Charlotte, James and Ranj deserve a special mention for all of their help - so thank you!

I had the most easy and wonderful experience at Sandicliffe Loughborough. I was feeling a bit anxious as I'd never financed a car before, it was busy in there but I didn't feel rushed, I was presented with several options which made it very clear what I was buying and how much I would be paying per month. I needed to drive away on the day and they accommodated this wonderfully . I recently had my car serviced, which came as part of my finance package, and my car was collected and replaced with another one whilst the service took place. My car was returned spotless and the whole experience has been incredible. I can't recommend this place enough!

What lovely people. Had my little Smart car serviced, MOT'd and the air con looked at. They sent me a video of the work needed and found two springs broken, I'd never had known, the video was great. I had a free coffee in their Cafe while they cleaned my car.
Martin Hines the Service Manager was lovely, could not do enough for me.
Most definitely the only place I'll take my car from now. Would most certainly recommend. Thanks all.
