I was greeted by Tim Ford when I arrived at sandcliffe on the hunt for my first car. As I wasn’t sure what car I was looking for, Tim was very happy to spend time with me talking through my options. Tim was very patient with me and allowed me as much time as I needed to come to a decision. Tim also went out of his way to ensure the car was to the highest standard and even bought me a new badge for the front of the car as the previous one was damaged. In the following days after my purchase, Tim made sure to check up on me to make sure everything was running okay.
I’m very happy with my first car and would recommend sandicliffe and especially Tim to anyone.

In a mad panic to get a new car as my old one had died, I visited Sandicliffe one Saturday recently. They had the car I wanted, they where helpful, polite and courteous and did everything they said they would.
They even prepared the car at very short notice and I am thrilled with the result. Very impressed.
I good old fashioned, service based place, with helpful and friendly at their root of service.
If they had also sold donuts, that would have been better as I really wanted a donut, but sadly it wasn't to be.
But still a first class service. Well Done Rob and all of those I met that day!
And I ADORE my car :-).

Recently purchased a car through Mark, highly recommend using Ford Sandicliffe and going tonspeak to Mark, very easy doing business with him, no pressure, fantastic deal and service and went the extra mile. Picked me up from train station even through fuel in the car for my long drive home. Custom video of the car sent to me.

Highly overpriced on parts but staff are helpful. Typical car dealership cheap cars high price, if you shake their hand better count your fingers. That said staff are well knowledge and their service department know what they are doing when it is needed

I came to Sandicliffe looking for a car that was going to last me for years to come and be Reliable but fairly cheap to run. Having 2 young children a car is quite important to us as a family so we needed reliability mainly along with affordability. Both Jay and Roy were brilliant from the beginning.They were very helpful and not pushy in the slightest. They talked me through every step and explained everything i wasn't sure about. 10/10 for customer service and we all LOVE our new car!! Thanks again Jay & Roy!!! :)
