I despise cox. Unfortunately it is the best option for internet. I had to wait outside despite an 11 person limit, with only 3 people inside. Cox customer service is always a pain to deal with. And this location is definitely the worst one I have had the opportunity to deal with.

Worse experience ever. Cannot get a hold of store manager. Young people working there WITH NO MANNERS. Hang up on you when you call in. Stood in line and when store was time to close they locked the door of you. Wish you luck!!!!!

I needed help with my services. The lady at the desk spent forever goofing off with three of her friends rather than help me. After about 20 minutes, she finally called me up. She was rude and no help whatsoever. She told me to go to the main cox building. Horrible.
