Polite, friendly, great service. Got the old aerial off and put a new one on on an awkward roof quickly and efficiently. Cables were run through neatly and it all looks great, as does the picture of course. Gave very helpful advice as well. Couldn't fault the service.

From Carol picking up the phone to the end of the job this company has provided an excellent service with a smile and exceptional customer service.
Carol booked an appointment as an emergency for my elderly mother for the following morning. Carol had said they installers would turn up by 8.30am
Jack phoned at 8am to say they were on their way and turned up 5mins early, they started as they meant to go on. Very polite, friendly and clean, they had all the equipment to fit my mum’s aerial and tuned in both her tellies. I have no problem in recommending this company to anyone needing Aeriel installations.

No quibble no hassle booking. You know what you're paying from the onset. Call on the day to arrange a time, if not convenient they work around you. Flat rate £165 standard aerial. No mess. Jack was very helpful. Would deffo recommend ????

Been using Rob & Jack for 6+ years now from the initial call to having an aerial & aerial points fitted, later fitting a complete CCTV system to our latest visit 2 weeks ago to have an additional camera fitted. Excellent service & communication from AIG Ltd. I was let down by another aerial company who gave me time & date but never turned up or returned my calls, was very disappointed. Had Aerial installations glenfield ltd,come to replace my existing cctv system for new digital cameras also had a new nvr ,,very efficient guys,, felt very safe them coming into my home ,both wearing ppe ,and constantly sanitizing during the time they were working in my home ,very clean and tidy workers left no mess whatsoever, also why they were here i got them to fit me a new aerial again lovely work no mess ,nothing was too much trouble , im not very good with new gadgets they took the time to explain my new system to me on how to work it ,and patiently waited and helped me to go through the new system , would definitely reccommed this company both rob and jack very polite ,proffesional ,and have fitted me a good quality system in which i am very pleased ,thankyou both for a excellent job ,one very happy customer

The guys from glenfield aerials came around to fit me an aerial for a TV in a ground floor extension. They took their time to explain all the options to me. In the end they fitted me a new aerial in my attic, sorted the new aerial for the extension and fully tested the signal on all TVs in the house.
The bonus for me was due to them fitting an aerial in the attic they were able to remove the unsightly aerial from the side of the house.
Highly recommended.

Our humax box was not working we called aerial installations glenfield and they came the next day they couldn't fix it as the box was to old but the guy was curtious and wore a covid safe mask before he came into my home we will use again as they are very local.
