Rob and Jack arrived earlier then I expected.
I told them the problem I had, and Rob reassured me that he would get it working, they did a few checks with a frequency meter first; which revealed I had no reception at all.
They then quoted me on the price we talked about on the phone, then they just got on with it. They knew exactly what they were doing, got on with the job quickly and with no hassle at all and got it all installed in an hour. They checked the aerial first , made sure the channels came up and all were working before I paid them.
I'm so glad I followed my instincts, they have done a grand job and gave me tips, but reassured me this aerial will be still working in twenty years. Thank you guys.

Have used this company before and was more than happy. When I moved I stupidly tried a company recommended by a friend. Waited 10 days and when they came they decided the job was too big and would be back in 2 weeks! Contacted Aerial Installation Glenfield. They were there promptly and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Bliss, TV for the weekend. I cannot recommend this company more highly. Lovely people to have in your house and they go above and beyond what they are asked to do.

New build loft aerial installation - great service
As we have moved into a new build home we tried to install an aerial connecting 4 tv points with no success. We rang Leicester aerials who answered in a positive and professional manner and came out the same day! In comparison to other companies within Leicester these are the most reasonably priced and were willing to provide honest and professional advice, clearing up common myths regarding different types of aerials and aerial positioning in the loft/roof. It seems other aerial technicians tend to tell false information in order to sell! These guys were enthusiastic and filled us with confidence, guaranteeing that they would be successful and had some laughs along the way. I would highly recommend this lovely family run business, overall fantastic service.

Our aerial was badly broken and we needed help, but who do we get? We chose AIG as they had loads of great reviews on Google, and I can see why. Two really nice chaps, they fitted us a new aerial in the loft and a new point without any fuss or bother. Then even texted the next day to see if all still okay. Rob and Jack came out us again today. Did everything necessary to fix the problem and didn’t leave til we were totally up and running. Professional and always helpful and friendly. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Real gents, and not rip-off merchants like some out there.
Update to my earlier review:
Had a new box from Sky, and after it was installed, we realised that the "magic" Rob did last year to allow us to watch and control Sky from other rooms had stopped working. Called him late afternoon, he turned up early the next day, and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Honestly can't recommend these guys highly enough - they turn up when they say they will, don't rip you off, and are always knowledgable and professional. We don't ever anyone else now, and we advise all our friends and family to use them.
Original review:
Had these guys to set up our TV when we moved house, as the previous owner didn't watch it at all. They did a great job, and didn't rip us off for a new aerial, which they certainly could have done.
They came back after we'd had Sky installed to do some magic that lets us control the main Sky box from all the TVs in the house without having to pay for multi-room.
We had them back again today as we had a problem with the TV in the kitchen after the aerial socket had been changed by our electrician. Once again they didn't rip us off for any new equipment, spotted the problem almost immediately, and only charged just over half the call-out charge because it didn't take long to fix.
Can't recommend them highly enough.

Jack was the guy who came out to us, we had a couple of issues regarding no signal and pixelating tv, jack checked the tv and aerial then promptly advised us of what our options were, with no hard sale or pressure whats so ever.. it was a bigger job than first thought but he pulled all the stops out to complete the job on the same day... we are more than happy with the work carried out ,,, HIGHLY RECOMMEND ,,,,,!!!!!
