Jack installed an alarm for me back in February,which I was very pleased with however I have had a problem with the alarm,all it took was one phone call to him and he promptly came out and sorted it for me free of charge.I cannot reccomend him enough.He is very friendly highly knowledgeable and professional, his after care service is outstanding.

I recently moved into a new property and had Ariel installations Glenfield in to install two TVs onto the wall and CCTV.
The TVs went on the wall and they sorted everything out to ensure they worked and the signal was great! They even put mini trunking up to conceal the cables to ensure it looked a neat and professional job!
The cameras are absolutely phenomenal on quality, the manner of the installation is yet again top notch, not a sling it in as fast as they can (as a lot of other companies are now), they really take the time to make sure their work stands out for the right reasons! They took the time to show me how to use the system and downloaded the app to my phone and showed me how to use the app.
I would recommend these to anyone and everyone and will be using them again should I need any work doing that they cover.

Absolutely top notch service, this guy has been fitting aerials and satellite TV for over 30 years, his attention to detail is amazing, all our cables outside were hidden and he left everywhere inside and out tidy- even took his shoes off each time he came in. They also supply and fit CCTV systems (which I am interested in) and given how good the work was on the TV/sat installation I have no hesitation getting them back.

Spoke to Rob about my specific TV situation over the phone on Friday afternoon and by first thing Saturday morning, my problem was fixed. For a change, these guys are not after your money. They take pride in what they do - they refused (despite me being insistent) to install a TV aerial in my property because their survey reported that the signal will not be strong enough and that it will be cheaper to go with the satdish option. Advice taken and pocket not burnt.

Absolutely excellent service. Attended our property within 30 minutes of ringing. Very professional, efficient and friendly. Prices were competitive. I had an aerial installed into a new build property. All TV points were checked and TV tuned to ensure they were working properly. Bank transfer/cash/cheque accepted and receipt given. Had a new Aerial fitted today. So happy with the work and the guy that fitted was so helpful. Strongly recommend these guys. Fair price and prompt service they even took their shoes off to go upstairs which so many services dont bother. We will be using again we intend to have CCTV fitted at a later date and just read the business card Jack left and it says they fit this so no need to look any further. Very prompt, friendly and professional service. They guys were lovely and were thorough in everything they did. I had a loft aerial installed and the signal was very poor. They informed me that they could add a signal booster at an extra cost but there was no pressure to accept and they would work around my decision. They made sure everything was working before they left and the job was completed within the hour. I'm super please with their work and would 100% recommend them to anybody.

Next day service after calling on a Sunday, the guys rang before coming to check I was home. Needed a new aerial fitting and was quoted a price on the phone previously, but they still tried to see if they could salvage the existing aerial which would have saved me money. Turned out it was water logged so they put a new one up for me even though the roof was difficult to get on to. Removed old aerials, tunes in the smart tv for me and provided a 2 year guarantee. Price was exactly as quoted, extremely happy with the service and professionalism, definitely recommend.

Prompt, courteous & a decent price. Rob & his tech guy were very informative & gave good sound advice. Sky had previously been out & not only didn’t carry out the work needed but also gave us misinformation which would’ve been very costly. The Guys at Glenfield sorted the work without the need for wires to the outside of our property (as advised by Sky) or the added costs associated. Thank you very much guys, would definitely use your services again & recommend to others.

Why wouldn’t anybody give these guys 5 stars, they are certainly worthy of it.
Nothing was to much trouble and they were very quick to come out and install a new aerial. They even retuned all our TV’s for us.

Rob and Jack are absolutely amazing. Their workmanship is extremely professional. They both arrived earlier than the appointment time and they worked flawlessly. They left the house clean with no mess and helped me over and above for instance I would have paid for an extra aerial had I got my job done elsewhere but both Rob and Jack saved me money! No job is too small for them. I’m not the only one who’s had work done by Rob but my family too, now I want to recommend them to everyone because they are amazing! Thank you guys.

These guys are the best and trustworthy. I had a aerial installed in the loft and the quality work is very good. After installling the aerial checks were carried for each aerial point to ensure the signal was good, they didn’t leave the house until they made sure that everything was working and that I was happy with the work. Work was carried out to fit a new aerial within 2 days after storm damage. Very polite, efficient and friendly. After enquiring about an extension aerial in another room the gentleman came again and made an absolutely superb job. Always on time and there was no mess. We had Ariel Installations to put us a new Ariel up , they could have took money under false pretences but they didn’t. They told us that even with a new Ariel we wouldn’t get a signal. They found the satellite cable that was hiding in our house and fitted to the dish outside. We have got to have them back for the bedrooms but we would highly recommend them.

The TV aerial installers arrived on time as booked. The installers took the time to listen to my requirements. They took down the old aerial which didn't work properly and was leaking water through the cable as it was fitted by a cowboy. A new TV aerial and cable was installed and adjusted for best reception. The installers were knowledgeable and worked very professionally and the price was what was quoted over the phone. The TV reception is now very clear and we're receiving all the channels.

This company provide a first class service. They came twice and both times the next morning after calling them. Two visits were needed as they did not want to sell me anything unnecessary first time - good approach. When on second visit they did fit new aerial, it was done very quickly with no fuss and at a very good price. Perfect picture now achieved with minimum effort or concerns. Highly recommended - use them!

We called them out week before Easter to get new aerial for tv and also three bedroom socket points upstairs. The guys have honest advice that aerials were not best option for signal in my area, and recommend free sat. I was hesitant to go with this initially however I told them let me think about and get back to you. They were not pushy and did not give any sales pressure. So eventually a week later i called them to book for good Friday and they came and did the job. Efficiently completed and tidy throughout and now have tv upstairs there work is of a high standard, I highly recommend as most other installers would have just installed aerial and said here you go then you have poor signal, they advised me all options with costs. Please do not hesitate to contact this company ????????
