There is a branch of Snappy Snaps near where I live but I prefer to wait until I am Farringdon as the folk in that Snappy Snaps branch are always so helpful and polite. Thank you! I used this store today for DPD collection. I phoned them before I left to check if I could print the labels at Snappy Snaps and they said no problem. Got there, they printed the labels for me, cut them to size and after I sellotaped them onto my bags (while she was dealing with another customer), Bianca said the labels might not be secure enough so she ran downstairs to get duct tape and secured them much better. I was very happy with the customer service and I would recommend them.

Came to get some passport photos take, in and out in no time! They use a proper camera and give you a chance to pick the right picture so much better than the booths. I also used the passport photo code service which worked perfectly and meant no messy upload or photo signing issues. Would definitely recommend.

Not cheap, but good service and the attitude of the staff is close to outstanding. Very helpful with my old fashioned hard copies and the server even gave me some free advice about the settings on my camera phone. Recommended- the Mayfair and Liverpool Street branches that I have used in the past are fine too.

Awful customer service, rude and extremely unhelpful store assistant. Very misleading, not upfront and not transparent. As a “high-end” brand with high-end prices the service is lacking. Bianca - don't want to help at any cost. Will be avoiding the store and will tell everyone to avoid this store near farringdon.

The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. I had a secret santa present that I needed by lunchtime that day - it was very busy so was looking unlikely. However I got a call as soon as I got back to the office from one of the people there saying that it would be ready to pick up in the next hour. Didn't have to turn up empty handed and the picture cushion went down a treat. Thanks for your help and great communication!

These guys are fab. I have used them a few times, I needed some rather unique sized photos and these guys didn't bat an eyelid and I had some wonderful photos in my hands within a few hours. Today I have been and ordered a block style print and again there advice was invaluable as helped me make a decision. Customer service is fantastic. These guys really know there stuff. I would never go elsewhere for my photo needs.

First class service from Beppe. The shop is busy but Beppe is a master multi-tasker and tries very hard to accommodate everyone. Busy times are obviously first and last thing and at lunch time, so if you can go mid morning or mid afternoon, that works best. I had some corporate shots done for work and he was infinitely patient and put me at ease and provided same day service.

Brillant service!!!! Needed very urgently a photo collage on canvas. Normally you wait a couple or even three days for that but the staff at Farringdon Snappy Snaps went that extra mile and did it for me within four hours on Friday!!! Who works hard on Friday these days???!!! Just gave them the photos and they have chosen the best ones according to them and the result was amazing! Love what they did. That was a present to my husband on our very first wedding anniversary :) I’m very happy they helped me out as it could be a proper disaster for me :/
