Julia was extremely helpful with taking our passport photos. With a nudge here and an alteration there, I was told to think of something happy but not show a smile and was left with the best passport pic I've ever had taken :) Scott also deserves a mention for his welcoming approach and for providing comical snippets throughout the experience to ease us into having our photos taken. Lovely employees who are clearly very professional :)

Visited Snappy Snaps Mayfair and am really Happy with my official ID card picture. Orphée really took her time whilst taking my picture and made feel really comfortable with social distancing / best posturing for camera etc.
Highly recommend for Amazing service and quality pictures around Mayfair /St James area.

I was in this morning to take some pictures for my id card... I was “welcomed” by an irritated and rude lady, who was like a dictator over there. I think that the person who is working in this kind of place should inspire you a friendly and relaxing attitude, not the opposite. Definitely a huge disappointment in our days!

Today I needed a uncommon format of pictures so I phoned the store. They were really informative and helpful.
Once there, they knew me and it took just about 15 minutes to sort out the photos. The service is really professional with computer editing where needed.
Big thumbs up for them.

Had a great passport picture taken by Orphee just before the November lockdown (and who likes their passport picture?!). She took a whole bunch and as I was about to just accept the best of that lot she said no, that's not you, and started over - and I am glad she did, even if my passport's currently useless for travel... Have recommended to all my friends and yesterday one popped in during our weekly park walk and she was very pleased with the results too.

I would like to say Big Thank you to Julia Cerrone who was extremely helpful when I needed urgent assistance in the beginning of January 2021. She acted immediately on my request to collect my medications from the Mayfair pharmacy when I was trapped in a strict lockdown in Scotland and posted them to me as next day delivery. I have been a customer, a friend of the business and a resident in the area for many years. I needed a passport photo for my 7month old baby. I tried taking some at home with a lot of struggle, but that was rejected at the application. This Snappy Snaps was the closest to the consular, so I popped in. The staff were very friendly and kept the little one happy all the time, and was very efficient. They took a perfect photo that I am happy to have as his passport for the next five years!

I walked in to snappy snap Mayfair during my tea break from work to get an urgent passport photo. I literally had only 20 minis. Scott who served me at the shop was very efficient and helpful and I got it all done in 5 minis.

Amazing experience! I’ve been there already 3 times and each time very happy. Today I made a mistake to go to a different snappy snap in Marylebone. Regretted it immediately! I went back straight away to Mayfair to get a new passport photo. Scott took a great photo of me, muted colours, he helped with posing and took a bunch of photos and helped with decision. He is a professional photographer and you can tell! Loved the atmosphere! The Only place to go! Will be coming back for sure :)

If you are in Mayfair this is the place to use. Quick turnaround on passport photos. In and out in 10 minutes. Eleni kindly obliged additional snaps, and I was able to choose the least worst of the lot. Choice of two or four prints to purchase, so don't have to overspend.

I cannot recommend Snappy Snaps Mayfair enough! I went to Scott for some professional photos and I was very impressed with the outcome. I only have positive words for Snappy Snaps Mayfair: there were no negatives. I can’t picture a better service. Getting my photographs taken normally makes me shutter. But Scott was great and didn’t lose his focus. Snappy Snaps Mayfair definitely has, and is developing a great reputation - anyone who says otherwise is just trying to frame them.

Amazing service. I went late to print my photos but the staff was extremely patient and friendly. He didn’t mind to help me finish the work and stay late. I feel very sorry to him but also very appreciate. The printing outcome was fine and nice. It was fast and professional. I definitely recommend this Snappy Snaps store. It worth you to travel far to have the photo service. Not all the Snappy Snaps are like this.
