Update:Wrong Opening Times
It says they work until 6 everywhere including their website and Google yet I came in at 17:20 to a completely closed shop. No one answering the phone either. It is not that difficult to change opening times online and this type of misinformation is just unacceptable. I do not appreciate my time being wasted. If at least the confirmation had a written notice that they are closing early and I had to come before 5 then fine. But no notice whatsoever.
Update: I've just picked up my order and they were apologetic as well as answered my email and my review quickly. I understand this can be an issue with corporate but as it is very troublesome for the customers then more should be done to stop this confusion. Furthermore, I am not trying to cause a business to close down or anything but wasting a trip and possibly not being able to pickup a part of your Christmas present can be super upsetting and especially considering these troubled times people do not have the time nor money to run around London looking for an open store. If needed the store should call and email people after each order to inform them of the change in times therefore reducing issues. I do not appreciate being lectured by an old man about leaving a review after having this issue, however the employee at the store was very sweet and apologetic therefore I am giving 3 stars instead.

Super unprofessional!! They nearly broke my negative with unbelievable finger prints and dust. I ask the staff (old one) if he can clean the big dusty spot on my film, he just use his finger and scratch my film. And also £7 paid for developing only without protective sheet paper!! Never ever use their services again!

Great place! They did a great job with my bespoke frames. On top of that, the three workers I interacted with (Costa, Sebastian and Jara) were extremely nice and helpful in person and over the phone.

I recently had a painting scanned here and although the quality was ok, the service was dreadful. The staff were rude and unhelpful and seemed to think it was my fault that I didn't request for my picture to be cropped in the first place (This I felt they should have asked me before they did the job). One member of staff (the old bloke) was particularly rude and arrogant and spent the whole time making excuses and justifying the staff and seemed to think I owed them an apology. If they want to stay in business, they better start showing courtesy and to learn that the customer is always right, other wise people will go elsewhere, like I'm going to do from now on.

Excellent and very professional photographer, I did my passport and professional photos without waiting, Sebastien was very patient and helpful, I got a wide selection of hand-and-shoulders portraits, and appreciated a lot his highlights. Futhermore, the portraits choosen were delivered one hour later on my email. Wonderful, quick, great quality for my social media platforms. Exactly what I was waiting for. Her colleague was very nice too. We can buy very beautiful house items with family pictures for gifts, I find it wonderful. Many thanks.

Just left a store, the old guy had enough time in his life to learn how to deliver a good customer services. Moody and very unpleasant person. Feel sorry for people working with him. Definitely wont be coming back there. The girl who served me, Jafa?, really nice.

*anonymous review on behalf of a friend* My elderly mother took my disposable camera to develop in store and they recommended she printed it matte. Disposable cameras are always printed glossy (Boots) and when I returned the photos to complain that they had not developed my disposable camera correctly I was met by a condescending man who I felt spoke down to me and disregarded my photography knowledge as a young woman. He insisted snappy snaps always recommend matte (I know from personal experience during an art course this is untrue) and during our discussion he did not eve respond to my complaint, repeating it was ‘’my opinion”. Snappy snaps are neither professional nor photography specialists.

I needed a headshot for work and Sebastien was absolutely brilliant - I'm not a natural in front of the camera and don't enjoy having my photo taken. Sebastien made me laugh so I was more relaxed, helped me know what to do to get a decent shot, and I ended up with several photos I really liked - and the pricing was very reasonable. He was a pleasure to work with and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Good place for passport photos. I got my passport photo taken here. Your met with professional staff that know what they're doing. One photo comes at a price of £10 but nothing is cheap nowadays.

I'm giving 2 stars because the result was what I wanted - I got the photos, quickly.
However, the customer service from the older man (apparently in charge) was abysmal. He was rude, dismissive and showed zero time for customers. Don't work in a shop front if you hate people, mate! This service is why the high street is dying!
I felt really sorry for his 2 lovely colleagues who clearly have to put up with his condescending attitude.
Maybe he was having a bad day? Maybe. Call in sick, sir.
I won't be going back there ever.

(Went in to get a copy of a photot for my brother's passport) Not all the staff is rude but there's just one guy that works on photos most the time where costumers can see him and is obviously in the way while doing this, he is disrespectful and is acting like random people are coming to his office and distracting him, very rude and not okay. It puts me off going there again. His colleague seemed embarrassed for him and not at all rude.

These guys at Snappy Snaps have been fantastic - I find them more than polite and I needed two batches of photos digitalised and they did it super quick albeit there was one member of the team on holiday. They couldn't have been sweeter and I was very grateful to them for the speed. I would recommend them every time.

The service from the two men were entirely unprofessional and sloppy. The photo I gave them wasn’t wiped before entering the scanner and as they gave me the print, they very quickly put it into the envelope. After asking for a reprint, they make a bit of a low blow comment and begrudgingly reprinted. I would suggest going to the snappy snaps in Victoria Street instead.

Went in to get a refund.
The guy reluctantly gave it and called me a liar.
