The staff are unhelpful, rude, and act like they hate working here. It makes it difficult to work with them, and the service is definitely affected by their poor attitudes.
I’ve used this location a couple of times and each time I find that the service is worse than before.
My most recent visit, The first machine I went to was broken and when I asked for assistance to find out what was going wrong I was spoken to in a very condescending way. Then I was moved to a different kiosk where I spent about 35 minutes selecting 100 photos. I saw that the discount was not applied and asked once again for assistance. The clerk then preceded to cancel the whole order without telling me. I then had to re-select the photos, essentially a waste of about 45 minutes of my time. I ordered half an hour before closing, which would have been much sooner had the clerk not wiped the system if my photos. I was then told I would have to pick up the pictures the next day- an inconvenience. But I did and found that all the pictures had been printed matte instead of glossy as selected.
In summary- the staff are unhelpful, the machines are prone to glitches that waste your time, the printers don’t seem to care what photo paper you select, and when you call to alert them to the mistake, they’re rude. Won’t we printing with them again.

Yes, the manager is nice at this store but don't bother walking into it or any other Snappy Snaps in general. Everything they sell is incredibly over priced by triple the amount you could get elsewhere. To top it all off, they sell SD Cards and Flash Drives that are old models from 2006 which are highly unlikely to work on your electronic device unless you're using a computer from 2000.

I had my passport photos taken here. They made me look less like an axe-murderer than booth pics. They also check that they are acceptable for passports and send electronic copies for future use as well as giving me the prints. Good job overall and not much more than a photo booth. I would have given 5 stars if they had bounced the flash more carefully.

Exceptional service!
The Italian guy was so patient. He helped me pick a frame for my photo and packaged it and helped me try out different frames.
He asked me who the picture was for, what the room is like etc to ensure it was perfect. The people I gifted loved it!

Rip off prices!! In the past we had got the same 4 photos passport size photograph done for £8 from a different snappy snaps. We went in and got our photos done without asking assuming it will be the same price, but we were horrified to find the price was £19.99.

Don't go here for Photocopying....a complete rip off....They over charge. £0.99p for 1st page and then £0.55p for each subsequent page....cost me £45 for 100 * A4 sheets.... Go to The Colour Company further down at 89 Victoria Street....they did the same for £18.00 (£15 + VAT)

There’s no store policy at this place, everyone who works there since to say out the price for their own benefit. All the one day delivery snappy snaps chain seems to claim doesn’t exist at this store either... wish they close this store soon

Ignore the bad reviews. You just can’t seem to please everyone these days. This is by far my favourite snappy snaps. The staff are friendly and so helpful and provide an amazing service. I printed so many photos from my phone and felt bad for taking up the machine but the staff were so kind and offered to print them at the back while I grabbed a coffee. Thank you so much to all of you. I WILL BE RETURNING!!!

We was rushed there becouse we needed photos for id document. I would say they are the only wans closest to embasies, and they know it probably. Cuz the prices they have is just sky high. Would not recomend to go there, better get photos ready before somwhere else. Believe me you will save alot of money.

This is by far the worse snappy snaps I’ve ever experienced, the first time I asked for the form to be a TIFF file it was free. The second time I went they said an extra 6 pounds per roll, and then it became extra 10 pounds per roll? This store in particularly is trying to scam the hell outta their customers, charged me 50 pounds and a week to develop 120 film, and there’s no so called one day service at this store either... 2 month ago the one day service still exists, and now the new server who jsut tried to scam me 15,99 per roll when it’s actually 12,99, is telling me and everyone coming to the store it’s next day development. Please don’t ever go to this store, I can’t even explain how bad the quality the photos are

I have been here for taking a passport photo. The only good thing I can say about it is that it had the correct size.
The photographer was in a hurry, took some random pictures and done.
You are better off going to a photo booth, is more than 3 times cheaper and you get the time you need to arrange your hair, shirt or whatever.

Excellent customer service - highly recommend this store! I popped in the other day as I desperately needed passport photos. Themis was super friendly and highly efficient and I was photographed and provided with photos in just a couple of minutes, despite visiting at an extremely busy lunch hour!

The staff in this store are just about as rude and unhelpful as you could possible get. He then tried to make that he was being helpful and that I was being difficult. In the end I printed out passport photos that where to big and had thrust at me at a cost of £2.20. Basically he didn’t want to help unless they took the photos at a cost of £9.99.
SnappySnaps sort out your customer service it’s absolutely disgusting.

I was not notified when my pictures had been printed and had to call to check to see if they would be ready in the specified time. Upon arrival, they seemed confused about my order. They found my order fast & all was well but I don't like the fact, that they didn't stick to there own policy.

Overpriced! Staff who dealt me was kind of not interested. I was wearing a fleece, she took the passport photo. But I realized and asked her take again. I felt I was not welcomed there. Only 3 customer inside the shop. It was not busy either. Then she sent the photo for printing and moved somewhere. I had to wait for somebody to take the print out and give it to me. I prefer the automatic photo booth. That machine knows how to handle customers better !!...

Went in for advice on putting together a photobook for my son who is going to uni. The staff couldn't be more disinterested or unhelpful. The guy told me upload your photos and we will print them. Upload them where? To what site? How do I arrange them put captions? He didn't want to know, what's worse they have a big banner up about delivering great customer service, shame the staff have never read it.

Prices are absolutely outrageous, but I was expecting this when looking for last minute visa photos. I was more annoyed by the poor service. I was quoted £10 for 6 photos, but once the photos were printed and cut out, I was told I would have to pay £20 because they were smaller visa photos. Not a very fair way to conduct business... Will definitely try to avoid Snappy Snaps in the future!

I needed a visa photo done in a hurry and didn't want to take any chances so I went to the nearest Snappy Snaps. I wasn't disappointed!
They knew all of the measurements and requirements and put my mind at rest straight away. The service was really friendly and efficient and I would recommend this store to anyone who wants a hassle free, specialist, service. 5 out of 5

We to take my autistic, restless sister to get her passport photo taken as the previous attempt had failed (she looks away from the camera every time) and on arriving at Snappy Snaps Victoria, we were greeted by the super lovely and friendly Themis, branch manager.
Themis is just excellent, she assured me and mum we’d get a better photo and got started.
She tried so hard but sister wouldn’t budge, she’d laugh and look away as if we were playing, and because we couldn’t help but laugh, it had to be a case of constant snapping in the hope she’d look straight into the camera.
Themis had to leave so Alexandra stepped in and continued with the fabulous job, trying to reassure my sister and carrying on snapping (she’s bilingual and happened to speak Portuguese, our language!).
In the end, we had a few snaps to take home (of sister looking everywhere..) AND ONE, just the one we needed, perfect for her passport! We couldn’t be more grateful for Themis and Alexandra’s help.
