The prices are indeed insanely EXPENSIVE. £19.99 for 4 simple Passport pictures?? Instead I went to Snappy Snaps on WARWICK WAY at 5 mins walk, which saved me £11.50.

This shop is a joke. I paid £2.97 to print 3 4x6 pictures which came out blurry. I was told that they were taken blurry and that's why they came out that way - wrong! I went home and printed them myself using the exact same dimensions and they came out perfect. Service was abysmal, at best it was dismissive. I couldn't even find where I could complain on the website. Will NEVER go back there again.

Completely agree with the other reviewers. Was told to queue up exactly on the right just now then asked which country I wanted the passport photo for. Completely obtrusive customer service with bad attitude

Rip off! I was told it would cost me 24 pounds for USA Visa pictures. The 2x2 pictures taken at any tube station 'photo-me' booth is perfectly acceptable and costs 5 pounds!
Service was very impersonal. I ended up walking out.

Rushed in there for some quick passport pictures, service was quick and the staff were friendly and happy to answer any queries I had regarding the specifications. Overall a good experience, would definitely go back.

Ordered an acrylic photo block. It was ready to collect very quickly, but an awful job. Lots of little dots on the photo, the photo itself had lost a lot of the quality of the original photo, and there were what looked like glue marks on one side of the photo. Won't ever use them again.

Don't shop here! Just went in to buy a frame which I bought, took home, realised was terrible quality despite costing £10 (bought a much higher quality one of Amazon for £5 the other day) so unacceptable to use as a gift as intended. Took it back within 30 mins and was told they don't accept returns unless items are faulty by a very rude man. Terrrible customer service and terrible quality products. Photo printing also over double the cost of other providers (99p per print). Will never shop at Snappy Snaps again!

A BIG RIP OFF! Had to get an american passport photo and they charged me 19 pounds! The guy behind me was charged 9 pounds for a UK passport. AVOID at all costs!

They won't do any ps for passport photo, and send an email for the digital photo charge you 5 pounds. It's nothing more than a photo booth, and it's more expensive than photo booth. BTW, I didn't receive my digital photo until now.
