Absolutely fantastic place! I came to this shop and was served by Yogi. A true gentleman that worked far and beyond to ensure we got what we needed for our pictures and frame selection. Will be returning for sure.
The staff at this are very helpful in helping pic the type of print needed for photos, select a good frame and above all ensure the service is carried out efficiently.
If I could offer 20 out of 5 stars - I would!

I put in an order for a large custom size canvas, slightly larger than A1, for a 60th present. It was more expensive than the online places but you get what you pay for. The canvas was thick and stretched perfectly on the frame. The frame was excellently made and was ready to hang with a cord. It looked exactly as I hoped. Crystal clear. They checked it carefully in photoshop before processing the order and as a result of the diligence it came out excellently. Thank you.

I couldn't have dreamt up better service! I've had a photo I've needed printed and framed for months but never got down to it. I was greeted by Yogi who walked me through printing straight from my phone, adjusting sizes and he even had it ready and framed for me when I finished work. Fast, quality service with a very friendly set of staff who are extremely talented (I caught them also doing some customer requested edits and it looked amazing). 10/10 would recommend and I will also be going back there.

Service is extremely good. You get to choose which photo you want for print and I had so many tries. However, printing quality wasn't as crisp and it cost a whole £15 for 4 passport sized photos!!! They did email me the soft copy. I wish I had used the photo booth with usually goes for £6. ????

Visited last week and found that they had a great selection of frames, quirky gifts which could be personalised and friendly expert service. The store extends downstairs where you'll find an extensive array of poster / canvas printing options and passport photography which is incredible to see - with a quick turnaround. I'll be visiting here again with my wife for more things to fill my house with!!!... Thank you to the friendly team.

Went in to get a passport photo done. Was served quickly, with enthusiasm and was happy with the result on the first go.
They can provide passport photos of any size for different countries around the world and will also email you a digital copy of the photograph (useful for online applications).
The service isn't cheap (£10), but it's quick, seamless, does the job and done with a smile. Can't ask more than that!

I went in this morning to get some Polish Passport pictures.
I was so happy with the service, They printed the pictures in less than 2 MINUTES!!!. The staff were EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and very Polite.
While I was there I placed an order for a PHOTOMUG!!...
I will be 100% going back to this store......KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK...

Terrible quality of printing. Colour of the prints are extremely off, and the staff simply blame the device the photo was taken on when there is nothing wrong with the device as other stores have been able to print them fine. The staff members do not care at all how your photos turn out. Try another location in the city for better quality and care. They also have a poor selection Of frames compared to other locations

I went there for an Australian passport photo last week and they provided me with photos that did not have the correct measurements and were subsequently rejected with my application. When I went back to the shop, another staff member checked the photos with the Australian passport requirements and noted that it wasn't even close to being correct. Make sure you get them to check the photos before using them as I wasted time having to go back there. The second photos provided were accepted.

Very very poor customer service! Extremely overpriced pictures, and quality was poor- snappy snaps company need to review the staffing quality and experience here as it seems its an ongoing problem from the look of previous reviews.
The only good was the photo was ready in 10mins. But everything else was absolutely appalling- go somewhere else!!
Note to staff working there- learn how to talk to your customers- its called being polite and speaking with eye contact not with your back turned!!

Got a real high detail render/photo? Go somewhere where they use thick normal paper instead of photo paper which blurs the heck outta it. Show you the comparison with office laser jet to their one? Better not, you'd cry, the print is so bad, I can't present it to anyone as the blurriness makes the picture annoying. Paid for the print in the end, made the guys stay over their home time.. Kind, but skills could be a bit better.

I needed a passport photo, it was done in less than 10 minutes. Not too expensive.
From what I have seen apart from photos printing and taking passport photos they have a choice of frames - ready and made to fit - but prices were over twice as much as for what you can find online.
Overall good experience for me.

Poor service, overpriced. I came there to get my passport photo done. The guy who was making it didn't tell me to adjust my hair or clothes. As a result I came out looking disheveled. They charged a lot for making a rubbish photo that I had to retake in another studio. Advice: don't waste you money, get your passport photos done somewhere else.
