What can i say that has not already been said.. Scott was there in my time of need . A true gentleman and epitome of 5 star service. He would go to the end of the world and back for his customers. I will be naming my firstborn Scott. Scott for PM . Taking one star off as i appear to of been given a stock response . I had hoped for better from Scott.

I develop film a lot here in London and especially in snappy snaps. This by far has the best customer service I have ever received. I want to really applaud their service. They really have gone out of their way to help me and make sure I feel comfortable and like I’m getting great service. I recommend this to anyone.

Took my two week old son to get his passport photo taken. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They let us hang around for an hour just waiting until he woke up as we needed a photo with his eyes open. Thank you very much!

Great service, fast, speedy and with a very friendly crew to boot. Only a 3 minute wait for passport photos to be taken and printed, he even gave me 4 extra print outs for free so that the service would exceed my expectation along with the above usual price. So, in all, very happy, I'll go back there for sure.

Absolutaly amazing service. You won't find more polite and capable people in whole London. They are happy to help you with making your dreams come true. And a small tip: if you forget to buy a present, just go there, print and frame some nice picture and they'll even wrap it for you! Problem solved☀️

Scott was just the dream! Usually I hate having passport photos taken but the team made it really fun and stress free. And they offer digital prints to use again and again. They also have some resident photo pugs who steal the show. If only passport photos were pug friendly...

I've been to this branch twice in the last 3 years – once to have copies of an existing passport photo made and once to have a fresh passport photo taken. On both occasions I have been treated with friendliness, respect and excellent service. Taking a photo is capturing a unique instant in time, so it is encouraging to experience this when the photographer demonstrates care and attention to detail. I fully understand why HRH the Queen trusts the service provided by this particular team. – Thank you!

We recently visited snappy snaps for a private event. The studio is located in a beautiful old building and full of interesting photos - testament to the great service provided. Scott was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and informative and provided us with some high quality, engaging photos of the event - the same day! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scott has an event photographer, or the studio as an excellent place to have photos developed. If I lived closer, I would definitely use it all the time! Many thanks!

Scott photographed our wedding (spread over two days) and he has captured every moment so beautifully! From natural candid shots to formal group shots. He was really friendly and funny - putting everyone at ease to the point that he was taking photographs on their phones too - whilst remaining professional at all times. He truly is the best. On the second day, Scott had produced beautiful framed photographs for the tables and albums which were dotted around. Our guests loved them and some even asked to take the photographs home! I know if I need any photographs taken or printed, Snappy Snaps at Mayfair is the place to go. Thank you once again.
