£30 for four international passport photos in Snappy Snaps Charlotte street store!! Same service is £20 in their store in Victoria street. Still expensive ++ as compared to U.K. Passport photos. The excuse for this rip-off and the 50% price difference is that stores are privately-owned; this obviously gives them the right to put the prices as high as they wish and take advantage of the people who go there not prepared and in a rush. No thanks!! Worth spending some time to find alternatives if you still want to stick to the area.

The service of the staff and the quality of the photos are excellent. I don't usually write reviews, but the level of customer service (and personal kindness of one particular member of staff - Helen) was outstanding. I went to Snappy Snaps on a last minute mission to get our wedding photos printed for our first wedding anniversary. I arrived in store 30 mins before closing in a bit of a panic, and Helen very patiently talked me through how the machines worked, and printed out around 200 photos in many different sizes. I stayed beyond closing time on a Friday night, and Helen ensured I had everything I needed before I left and she was able to close up. Thank you so much to all the team, and especially Helen. My husband loved the photo album!!

Poor rushed service regarding ID photos. I got better quality photos from a photo booth in a supermarket. Just a shame. When I asked for the photos to be redone, I was made to feel like I’m a hassle and nuisance, and I needed to put the photos into the individual folder myself, as the assistant just threw them on the counter, and then shoved them into the small folder. There was no need for that. I was not aggressive or unpleasant to them, I simply asked for assistance as I was not happy with my photo being out of focus. And the quality of the photo that is e-mailed is much poorer than done by iPhone...

very expensive for some visa photos - £19.99. Then to have one reprinted was the same price, even though the photo was already on their system. I was quite disappointed and emailed to ask if this was correct but they ignored me. Ended up going to the snappy snaps in Holborn and it only cost £5. I appreciate franchises can set their own costs and ultimately if people are willing to pay these prices why wouldn't they charge at such levels? My advice would be to shop around unless you literally have 2 mins and the passport office is about to close...

I was a bit concerned before going their as there are so many negative comments. However, I can confirm that now it definitely worth the 5-star comment. I went there to get some Chinese passport photos and the staff was very nice and patient despite I asked more than 8 questions regarding the regulations of the photo. The photo was just taken around the corner of the shop so it is a bit lame, essentially no big difference from the photo machine but if you want to have photo with special regulations, I'd definitely recommend this.
The price is 15.99 for 4 passport photos and 19.99 if you want the digital version. It is a bit expensive to be honest but that's the price around central London and you can ask them to fix the photo at your demand. Personally I think this is a small but good photo booth and definitely deserve a 4+ rating based on my experience today.

Rip off!! £30 for FOUR US passport photos. Maybe I'd understand the price if it was instant and they came with a digital copy, but no, only the physical prints and you had to wait 15-20 mins for them to be ready.

I rarely write bad reviews but this place totally deserves it. Since there is little alternative to them if one needs to take a passport photo in Fitzrovia, I had to use them several times. The prices were always astonishingly steep, and quality of the service was consistently poor. As an example, last time they charged 17 pounds for a single digital visa photo (no post-processing or printing), which they failed send to me. It was on Friday, so I had to come there again on Monday and make sure that they do it. The photos are usually of low quality as their light is set badly. L
I guess they will keep existing due to the convenience of their location, so many people will be using them. But if you don’t mind taking a bit of walk, I’d recommend to use any other store for taking pics.

16.99 pounds is for 4 hard copies of passport ID photo. There is nothing special. no digital retouch, no high-end cameras, no high-quality of paper, and even no extra lights for the photography. It is only taking a photo with simple digital cam and printing out in a small paper. There is extra charge for the digital copy. So shame. Plus, they don't have a price list in the shop. Why it has to be this expensive? Why don't they have the price list in the shop? If you are thinking of buying other things not ID photo, think about their attitude toward the customers.

Passport photo prices are nearly double that of other Snappy Snaps. A pack of four is 16.99, when Oxford Street Snappy Snaps charges only 8.99. A massive mark up for a simple product.

DO NOT GO THERE! They rip you off! £19.99 for US visa photos or £30.00 if you buy the digital version too. Simply google other locations. I found one even 2 places nearby for £10.00 ! And they are profesional, not the typical chemist photoboots. ' Passport photo service' off Oxford st are very good. Went with them and I'm satisfied.

Absolutely awful! Extremely expensive, especially for the poor, rude and inattentive service you get. Instead of providing great customer service and go the extra mile, they blame their poor quality prints on the customers photos which were high resolution, photographer taken. Really, really appalling attitude.
