Very good service and pictures. I came for a corporate photoshoot on 5 October 2020 at around 2.30pm. Marvin was extremely professional and efficient. He took multiple pictures, edited them and emailed them over by that evening. The price of £30 was also reasonable.
Would recommend for anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced and professional looking corporate headshot.

Special shout out to Marvin who has served me on three occasions over the last six months and truly gone above and beyond. Whether super-busy at lunchtime or five minutes from closing at 19h00, (I was one of THOSE customers), he juggled multiple customers to keep everyone happy. He put extra effort into helping me trim/crop and assemble my pics to perfection. The end product was outstanding (hence return visits) and I do recommend this branch in particular.

About a week ago I had a super stressful day and lots of pictures to print out as soon as possible for a last-minute event. Marvin saved the day and really turned things around with his STELLAR customer service. He was so relaxed, friendly and accommodating while at the same time paying attention to every detail to deliver a flawless job. I'm so grateful there are people like him around!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We have to make urgent passport photos for our baby Alex and was worried that it would be very difficult given babies are not always keen to stare at camera. We have been served by customer advisor Alexandra who was simply brilliant! She made everything so quick and easy, we were really surprised. I ordered a printed cushion online and when I arrived to collect, the image had a huge white line across it and wasn’t anything like the picture I requested. Federica reprinted for me and even helped me a choose a different picture that would work better, she actually stayed 45 mins after she finished work to help me out and nothing was too much trouble for her. Great service from her!

They worked wonders on getting rid of a date printed on my photo which I wanted enlarged and framed. I left it with them and one of the women worked tirelessly to perfect it. I was so happy with the results. And they didn't charge me a penny for doing this alteration. I was so impressed.

Unhelpful and least interest staff. Unless you are spending money on their cushions or frames, i.e spending good money they don't really care if you are having trouble printing some pictures. And this is my observation from using them twice.

The staff in Snappy Snaps take up to 100 passport photos a day, hardly any ever get rejected, however Customers do not understand that each country has different requirements ,and many do not like to tell the staff what they require causing confusion. A polite please and thank you goes a long way too,.
The studio is set up for passport photos and Corporate head shots at £30 is good value for 10 to 12 shots. If you want something more then indeed you should go somewhere else , where you will be paying a lot more than £30 in Central London.
A photographer and there subject need to both feel comfortable with each other, this does not include asking personal questions of a young lady alone in a store late at night.

Wezley was amazing in this branch. He was welcoming, dealt with me quickly. I had a photo and he managed to edit the photo so it looked better than the original. I needed the photo for the next day as it was for a funeral. he did it then and there. He also cleaned a frame i had brought in. I've never had better customer service. i will be coming back in a couple weeks just to see Wezley and for him to do my photos again. honestly cant thank him enough.

Overpriced. £1/print. When asked for help the staff was not really reactive. ID pictures were the most expensive that I ever paid for. Overall handy to have it around for emergency but that's it.

I tried their "corporate photography" service: completely the opposite of what is written online. They say they offer "LIFE Photography", well, it felt more like a DEATH photography. The photographer/salesperson was so antipathic! And when you consider a photo shoot, the photographer him/herself is a huge factor for the succes, isn't?
For instance:
Me: What is your name?
Her: Huh, some name.
It sounds too bad to be true, but it actually is. Feeling rushed through the incredibly short session. Paying £30 for that?! And the way the photo were taken was far from professional... Next time I will use a professional photographer, even if it is more expensive. Huge drawback from a chain that I used to like.
If you ever thought of going there for a photo shoot, please go somewhere else.
