5 hours after dropping my car off the service had not been done and the car had not moved. BRUCE ARTHUR is the most incompetent 'senior' member of staff I've ever come across. If you want your car in one piece at the end of the day don't bother with this place.

Very Slow tyre fitting service. Bought two tyres online and chose this branch (from those offered) to fit them. I sat in the waiting room for 90 minutes before I had my tyres fitted. The manager had a couldn't care less attitude and if it wasn't for my constant requests for progress reports I think I would have been there even longer.

Booked for a "free" tyre check @9.30am, not done even by 5pm
I booked a "free" tyre check on 30th Mar, 9.30am as I felt the tyres were not gripping the road as I would have liked, even though they were still legal. I drove there 10 minutes earlier and was told to leave the car as it could take a couple of hours, and that they would call me as soon as it is done. I did not understand why a simple tyre check should take so long, but I heeded their advice and went home. Waited till 3pm, but got no response. Tried their telephone number many times but nobody picked up, until the 14th attempt. Was told it is still not done but it is the next inline (what's the point in making a booking, then?) and to come around 5pm.
When I went there it still was not even started. I came back with disgust. I was not even offered an apology. Maybe you think our time is not precious to us. You should get rid of this "free" service if you cannot spare a few minutes for it in between your "paid" services.
I would not have expected such service from a well known company. Shame on me for not going to my closest tyre dealer.

I have visited this branch on ,12/02/2019 at 13:00, Really needs attention at this branch, staff is very bad at customer service. No idea about how to talk with customers. Especially asking for quotation or reservation.
