Absolutely brilliant service provided. The lad was very friendly. I had an MOT and and interim service with no issues what so ever. Only took around 2 hours which is fast! Would highly recommend! Price was the best on the market, booked around 8pm the night before! Payment was easy, link sent to my phone, didn’t even need my card! Couldn’t not fault what-so-ever! Will defo be returning should I ever require a garage. Thanks guys

I would highly recommend Continental Motors. I have used this garage on several occasions and not only are the team friendly, they are open and honest and charge a fair price. They also offer the collect and deliver service which I have used and can also recommend. I live just outside the radius that they offer this service but have always been so accommodating. I would like to thank the garage for ensuring the experience of my car going in for an mot and service a stress free one.

I would like to begin by thanking continental motors for their professionalism, honesty, and overall experience I had. I had to take my Toyota Yaris for an MOT, however it needed some repairs to be done and I had to bring it back again. All the issues the car had were explained well and thoroughly.Will most definitely visit again at some point. Would highly recommend!!

My car service didn't result in long list of things to be done like halfords do. Last year halfords told there are number of things that need to be done but I didn't. This year I decided to go somewhere else and ended up with these guys and they said everything was OK. Now I don't know who to trust...

So far i couldn't tell you as id booked an MOT online got the confirmation email to say drop off at 8am.
Get there at 7.45 and wait half hr for no one to turn up or answer the phone.

Took my car in for MOT unfortunately it failed but the guys there were very helpful and said t come back the next day and sort all the work out it needed at a great price to. Will definitley be going back there ????

Appointment not honoured! Beware!
Called on Friday, 18 Dec to make an appointment to check headlights.
Appointment booked for 10am 24 Dec, and when I turned up, they told me that they couldnt do it as they are fully booked!
Please be careful, avoid if you can!
Edit to include proof of calling to make appointment as Continental Motors claimed I called up the wrong garage!
Not only they do not honour the appointment, they now even claimed I rang the wrong garage!
Avoid if possible!

I am not originally from Leicester and have been looking for a reliable and trustworthy garage for a while for MOTs, services, repairs etc. Having been to a few different garages and not gone back, I will definitely be going back to Continental Motors. I took my car for MOT and full service and the lads at the garage seemed very professional, personable and prices were very competitive from my experience. Will definitely go back for MOTs and any potential repairs. Would recommend.

Massive, massive respect to the guys at continental motors.
VERY specialised in what they do and can spot sketchy dealers from a mile away.
Helped me in purchasing a car and diagnosing any faults that came with it.
Very patient and took time to explain what the faults were and how to proceed if those faults came up again.
Fantastic independent advice and was happy to speak on the phone to troubleshoot some issues that i had.
Very fair prices too.
Thanks to these guys, i was able to pinpoint some faults on my car that the dealer had not mentioned to me prior to purchasing it and they saved me a lot of money.
Would definitely recommend and if they offer advice/tips do take it.

Thanks to Danny and the team for completing my full major service and break pad replacement this week on my BMW. Great prices and a genuine, down to earth team that knows what they're doing.
Managed to get booked in pretty much straight the way which was great. Communication was brill, replied to my emails straight the way, even on a sunday evening, and during the service I was called and advised of timescales, and when the car would be ready to be collected.
Overall I'm really happy with Continential. The only thing I would have preferred would have been an invoice that was printed, stamped and signed, instead of the old school handwritten invoice - but no biggie.

I took my car here today as I thought I needed my rear brakes replacing due to a noise they were making. It turned out my brakes were fine and the noise was caused by something else. I was very impressed by their honesty, and not simply doing a job that wasn't necessary, I'm not sure that other garage's would act with this level of integrity. The noise has gone and I also wasn't charged for their time.

Amazing people! Very good customer service and well spoken, advised me through every step and kept me updated throughout the day with the progress of my car, even had a look at another issue I had with the car and found the problem at no extra charge... work carried out with high standards and didn’t leave a mark on my new 20” alloys... Will deffo be bringing my cars here again... Very reasonably priced too!
