Had pre ordered my specific tyre. I arrived at 12 o'clock. By 12:20pm I was back in my car and on my way home.

Booked the day before, went into reception and waited for someone to see me. Someone came in and I explained that I had a booked slot and what the job was and all I got was a yep and he walked off to do something else leaving me stood there until I followed him round the shop asking what he wanted me to do with the car. Work carried out seems ok, just need to work on customer service.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Darren and Khan for helping my husband and I we are both NHS workers and we had been in Leicester for my father’s funeral today a very emotional and stressful day. We had a nail in our tyre and they sorted it super quick so we could have our onward journey back to Suffolk. You both are an absolute credit to Kwik Fit thank you both so much.

Staff member " Rupean " (apologies if I did not spell his name correctly) was absolutely brilliant and fantastic customer service especially when he was on his own dealing with multiple customer's. I hope he realises that good service is what customers consistently are looking for in a good mechanic woth good knowledge and experience and " Rupean " ticked all those boxes. Had a slow puncture. The guys there repaired it and the tyre has been fine ever since. They did forget to put my wheel nut covers back on so I had to return the next day to have them put back on but other than that, pleasant experience and friendly staff.

I was booked by Dave the Regional Manager to do a replacement of a run-flat tyre at the Charles Street at 1:00pm. I arrived at 12:50 ish. Parked the car and walked into the shop. I was served as asked to sit and wait for someone to servicing my car. Less than 5 minutes another gentleman came in (Mr. Khan). He did it professionally. He asked the detail about the service I was booked for and confirmed with me again. He then left to do the job. In less than 25 minutes, I had a new run-flat tyre. This is the best experience I had with Kwik Fit. I had no worry and stress-free from this experience. Mr. Khan is a star. He re-assured customer and deliver a quality job in a timely manner.

Ridiculous garage apparently they need special equipment fitted room to fit a halogen bulb on a hybrid vehicle where halfords in welford road changed in minutes in the carpark outside the store.

Booked online a free break check at early hours,I wanted to find out what do I need to change the break discs in the back or the pads because on breaking the break pedal is vibrating. The guy told me that he need to use the machine for MOT all day they cannot do it but he can book me for Saturday ???? or he can change all 4 break discs and pads just to eliminate the check ????. So nowadays at Kwik Fit if you go for a bulb you need to change all bulbs. My advice: don’t book online at them you just waist your time and fuel going there.

Not enough staff on which meant the service was slow, colleague was uninterested when told that we didn't want the tyres on offer as they were above the price range we had set and the mid range weren't available until the next day. Overall neither a good morning bad service, but will go elsewhere in future.

So been going there a few years and they will know who this is! Spent £748 on 4 tyres and come back to find all 4 alloys been scuffed the whole way along the rim and a few spokes!!!!! They claim it was already damaged like this..even though I have alloy gators so don't think So! Then they claim my alloy gators ripped all of the alloys even though I have had them changed several times and never once had this happen! They have refuted any responsibility and calling their area director Dave he also said he can't see how they did this and if they had done it on the first alloy then they would have stopped..yet no call was made when they worked on my first alloy! Now going to have a meeting with Dave so let's see if they will sort this out otherwise I will go somewhere else!!!

If open the door at 8:26，then don't tell people you have meeting at 8:30. 8:30 it's your operating time not your morning tea time. One employee seems like to delay all the work as like he gots the time of the whole world. Guess how long a quick tire pressure check takes? Please wait 15-20mins then we get to your car. If you have work to do, I could understand. If you are really busy, I could also understand. But if you opened and tell others you are not operating, sorry I could only give you 1 star for low efficient. This is the 3rd time, I have to do a quick tire pressure check with a 20 mins wait. One lazy employee destroy the whole brand name. HR department, well done.

Really impressed by their friendliness and efficiency. Phoned ahead to book a slot 45 minutes after I had called, for the repair of a wheel rim and replacement of a tyre, following a disagreement with a pothole. Jack clearly explained my options and prices, was helpful and friendly. The gentleman that actually made the repair was also friendly, knocked the dents out of my wheelrim (no charge) and refitted the wheel really quickly. Very impressed; they had a discount on Goodyear tyres too, so I felt like I got a good price as well as a good deal!
