Quiet happy experiences on my MOT from this garage. They managed time as they assured to me and everything was doing well and staffs are cooperative. However their front desk is not having any mask while visitors must wear it before enter the garage and of course I feel quiet strange. Overall it is endorsable garage.

Amazing service, skilled professionals, great rapport, we trust Jay with our lives (or brakes, basically the same thing.)
Me and my partner have been going here for a few years now, vehicle health checks, MOT's, services, repairs or even just advice. We go to them for everything and we always feel as though we've been looked after.
They reward your loyalty and you really feel as though you can trust them with anything, it would honestly take an absolute catastrophe for me to take my car anywhere else.

Just had a really AWFUL experience with the Leicester garage.
I trusted them with a big repair that was £495 worth that they had diagnosed and after the repair was done the car broke down the next day for the exact same reason why I took it in in the first place. The RAC man who recovered the car said what they replaced obviously didnt repair the original fault. I returned the car back to them and they kept the car for a total of 9 days...yes NINE days trying to work out what was wrong with it in the first place. During the 9 days it caused me and my family a massive inconvenience and declined my request for a courtesy car.
They threw money at parts to try and fix the original fault which they did not charge me for as they were at fault. In total they had the car returned back to them 3 times. They have now returned the car back to me with a engine management warning light switched on and told me it is my problem now and they dont know what to do so I should pay and see a specialist. I cannot afford to see a specialist and they refused to help me further. Absolutely DISGUSTING attitude and a unacceptable experience.
In my opinion avoid this garage. This is the type of cowboy garage you see on BBC Watchdog that rip off hard working families.

Great guys and service from the autocentre. The only issue I have with the place is that it's a struggle to get through on the phone and goes through to the call center. I've been told on various different occasions by someone at the call center that someone will call me back but it NEVER happens. For this reason I have started using other garages which is a shame as the team at Leicester is great

Great service. They now send a video link by text showing your mot and service to allow you to see any issues they find. Very impressed. Shown the wife the video they sent and she is intending to switch to these guys now too.

Took car to be serviced and mot last year but car is running worse since these touched it.. went back recently to ask and all I got was poor attitude and wanted to charge more money really think they make more jobs definitely would not recommend using the service even Head office have got attitude towards customer and not very helpful

Car broke down from north east to London in Leicestershire. Car was left with Jay for 2 weeks..once parts were fitted car was brilliant and he was honest friendly and very good value. Thoroughly recommend this garage

Got a deal on Groupon. Contact them to arrange a booking and was told I would get a call back. Waited for the days but never heard anything back so I rang again. They book my in the next day. On arrival the chap at the desk was very friendly. Didn't wait too long for my car return. Will use again.

Booked an MOT for 9am, arrived at 8:30 as requested. When I arrived I was told my vehicle wouldn’t be seen before 1pm and that due to coronavirus I wouldn’t be able to wait in the waiting area despite nobody else being there and me having a mask.
After having waited outside until 2:15 I was told my vehicle had failed but they couldn’t give me a quote on how much to repair the issues or even if they could do it that day.
Complete waste of 6 hours of my day and a waste of money.
Wouldn’t go to these guys again if they offered to do the work for free.

This is the first time I have used In n Out Autocentres and they were excellent. Very friendly and very thorough, they provide you with a detailed breakdown of all that has been done on your service and also don't do any extra work unless you approve them to do so.
They also send you a little video walk around of your vehicle showing you certain bits of the service which I think is an excellent idea.
They take their time and clearly don't rush the job.
Well recommended, they also offer some very good value service bundles too.

My car broke down in the afternoon and my recovery man recommended In & Out.
My car was took here and was quickly diagnosed as needing a new alternator.
Parts were ordered and my car was repaired the next morning.
As a driving instructor I needed my car repaired asap so I'm very pleased with the service of In & Out from start to finish.
Excellent customer service throughout.
Highly recommended!

Its good you can spread the cost over 4 months but SO Overpriced! And i still had to go back within a month because the exhaust started making a racket again even though i paid £249 to stop the noise....when i took it back to them and asked what the problem was they said the seal came loose...surely with a brand new exhaust it shouldnt have seal on in the first place and if it should have seal on then they should have just resealed my exhaust instead of charging all that money for a simple job. Would not recommend.

My MOT was booked by email and plenty of available slots to fit around work schedule, dropped car off on day and within hour it was done with courtesy call from the centre. Very quick efficient professional service with current protocols in mind. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

I was recommended this garage by a family member who said they provide a excellent service. He was not wrong, I had previously taken my vehicle to several other garages, they could not find the fault including a main dealer. After around fifteen minutes I was given a diagnosis as to what the problem was, a further hour and my van was back to normal. Everything was well executed from start to finish and I myself would highly recommend????????????????????????

Serviced and MOT'd my car today. Great experience, professional, friendly team and great customer service. Explained the rationale for replacing parts and associated costs which were reasonable. Added to great deal with combining MOT with service.
I was also sent a link to a brief video of my car being serviced, a unique and useful addition!
Given I have always had my car serviced by the dealership this was a bit of change which worked out great ????

MOT for my car.
Friendly staff, keen prices and fast, efficient service. I will definitely use them again. The only small issue is that I found and selected them through "whocanfixmycar.co.uk" and it said the garage would contact me to confirm a booking time and date but 2 days later I had heard nothing so I had to chase them up. But as said, overall I highly recommend them.

Great experience. Booked online...got double booked...they emailed me straight away to rearrange . I drove in they were ready waiting for me. Took the car straight in and 40 mins later I was good to go.
Simple easy and efficient. You just couldn't get better.
