From my first phone consultation with Aaron at Baroque I knew this place was special. I came in with my idea for an engagement ring for my partner, by the time I arrived Aaron was already prepared with other rings for ideas and styles. I had looked at their Instagram previously and fell in love with the rings, especially their Australian sapphires.
The service was impeccable, I had consultations with Pippa and Abi who are both lovely, the entire journey was seamless. A bespoke ring made in 5 weeks.
My jaw hit the floor when I saw it! The ring is exactly what I wanted and knew my partner would love it.
It’s so nice buying from a great multi award winning, fair trade Brighton jewellers. The shop/workshop itself is so nice too. I cannot recommend Baroque any more!! If you’re looking for a unique, bespoke ring, this is the place.

This is an amazing shop. Having lost my Mum this time last year, I found that a lot of her jewellery would just be left in a box. So instead I decided to get crosses made for the family out of the gold. They were amazing, the workmanship was first class and the staff were so helpful, everyone of them. They also re sized some rings and mended some that had lost a stone. They are now making a ring for my daughter which they have designed with her. I couldn’t rate them highly enough. Professional, friendly and trustworthy, what more could you want from a jewellers. They will get all my custom in the future, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

From my first email response to collecting my beautiful new ring I have had nothing but perfect service! Every member of staff that I met was polite, kind & very informative.
My initial appointment to discuss quotes for two bespoke pieces was lovely. My budget was not the biggest but I was not made to feel unwelcome for even a second, (which I have experienced previously in other places) everything was explained to me and I very quickly settled on what I wanted. I also got to have a good look through all of their jewellery on display. They have so many beautiful pieces, and the shop itself was beautifully laid out, tidy & welcoming.
Stones were then ordered in for me to view and I had the best time choosing exactly which ones I wanted for the two pieces. Again, all of my questions were answered and we finalised the designs for the pieces and paid a deposit!
Whilst the rings were being made I was kept informed of their progress and as soon as I could book in to collect them I did. The team even helped me surprise my mum who the second piece was for. Many tears were involved, and it was lovely!
I didn’t see the pieces before we collected them, but they were exactly as I imagined. Beautifully made, full of character and I am totally besotted with them. As is my mum!
I am certainly not the biggest spender Baroque have had. But I was made to feel as though I was. The staff couldn’t have done more for me and I hope they all know how appreciative I am for their work!

I had my wife's engagement ring custom made at Baroque and they did an amazing job of putting my vision into reality. I worked with Aaron over a number of months who was so helpful and enthusiastic about making the ring as good as possible. He sent me pictures of the process so I could be updated and would make sure changes were made where I wanted them. We also had our wedding rings custom made here and again Aaron and the team did the most fantastic job of making some amazing pieces of jewellery for us. We would highly recommend Aaron and all the hard-working team at Baroque, especially if you are looking for some custom made jewellery that stands out from the rest. Thank you so much guys.

A very friendly, open team who are easy to work with. Communication is sometimes a little sporadic during the process but the quality of their work is great. We have already commissioned some other pieces.

We had a disappointing experience with a London based jewellers after the diamond fell out of our engagement ring. Fortunately the wonderful team at Baroque came to our rescue and repaired the ring to a standard that has exceeded our expectations. The communication from Aaron from the start was second to none, Emma was amazing at listening to our concerns and has been key in this process and Jason made us the ring we wanted and more. They have turned what was a horrible experience into something wonderful and we are so grateful for their warmth and kindness as well as their expertise.

By far the best Jewellers in Brighton. After searching many of the mainstream jewellers in the lanes we discovered this complete gem of a shop. Designs are very unique and bespoke items are created with much thought and time. My engagement ring is one of a kind and admired by many. The staff are inviting and passionate about their work, not 'sales' people but people who genuinely want to create a piece you will love. I found a design offered by Baroque that I thought was perfect. Price was important me, so Jason took me through all the different options they could offer in terms of material composition and stone size/grade.
Once I had decided they offered me a very fair price and managed to produce and Hall mark the ring in a very short time frame. This was especially useful as I had planned to propose whilst we were on holiday and needed the ring in around 12 days!
The piece itself was top class, like the service I received. Thoroughly recommended.

We collected our bespoke wedding/engagement rings from Baroque today, which was very exciting, we are DELIGHTED with them!
The team consulted with us throughout the journey, initially with drawings then a silver model before the finished article a combined engagement/wedding ring and a band for my husband to be.
I had taken a photo into the team at Baroque who encouraged us to consider a bespoke version, which I am thrilled that they did as my ring is stunning. The customer experience has been first class.

I had 'old fashioned' diamond engagement and eternity rings and asked Baroque to commission me a new modern ring using the diamonds. I can honestly say the staff are a pleasure to work with. Not only have they made me a beautiful ring but the service is second to none. They are the friendliest, loveliest staff I've come across for a long time. I'm definitely going back!!

I was looking for a special ring for my partner and after visiting a few local Brighton jewellers, it was apparent as soon as I started talking to Jason at Baroque that their service was far superior to the competition. He listened attentively to my needs and then talked me through all the options in a personable and creative way. I also really loved seeing the workshop at the back of the shop where the rings are made and where you are shown the different materials and finishes.
The results were stunning and the design and quality still leaps out at me every time I see the ring. The whole buying experience from beginning to end was entirely positive. Highly recommended.

Aaron, Jason and the team helped take my initial engagement ring ideas and create a beautiful ring that my (now) wife loved. They really listened to what I wanted to achieve and gave me ideas and advice on how to best create the perfect ring. Their service and the quality of the finished ring was superb. You might think with their awards and a tasteful shop in Brighton's swankiest laine that the folk at Baroque might be a bit 'up themselves' but nothing could be further from the truth. My partner and I have a couple of bespoke pieces made by Jason French and he has always been wonderfully down-to-earth. The rest of Baroque are equally warm and friendly and knowledgeable, too. Pippa is very sensitive and professional and Aaron a delight to deal with. We have always been impressed with Baroque's ability to match their creative designs to our particular requirement and our pocket - thanks so much, Baroque!
