Amazing customer service. Had a great experience today (1/5/21). Staff were welcoming and friendly and we were served by Mina who was fantastic! We were difficult customers who had a gift voucher- which we messed up and made into a nightmare! Mina was calm, patient, kind and friendly. He sorted the issue quickly and was so helpful after what I’m sure was a busy day that wasn’t yet over.

I am not much of a bead fan but I love their rings.
I got quite a few rings from here including the solitare ring and the padlock dangle ring.
Both are silver and pretty.

This place was a joy to shop in. I arrived at the door and the person who greeted me was a genuinely polite person. With Covid being in full swing, he handled the queuing system impeccably. I wasn't sure of what I wanted to buy at first, but I wasn't pressured into thinking that I had to be in order to enter.
Once I had looked online and decided what I wanted, the lady who did serve me, was an absolutely wonderful individual. She couldn't have been anymore helpful. The rest of the team on duty, I could see all love working with one another and their personalities bounce off one another which makes the shopping experience even more worthwhile.
I'll definitely be shopping at this store again and I would recommend this store to friends and family. Giving a five star review is a bit of insult, because they all deserve so much more.

Pretty poor customer service from whom I asume is the manager or with in management. Sales assistants were pleasant enough but the manager had no customer service skills and was really quite rude. Wont be back.

Brighton store . My daughter got a pandora voucher and went to the shop in Brighton. It seems that the money wasn’t loaded on the card when it was purchased, daughter can’t find the receipt. The sales advisor wasn’t very sympathetic and asked if money was definitely loaded on the card? Well duh, yes! They wouldn’t accept the bank statement as proof, which I’m sure they would be able to track on their system. However, I wasn’t even impressed with the service when I initially bought the voucher, the sales assistant didn’t acknowledge me when I was standing right in front of her at the till and she seemed to not know exactly how to do it. Tried ringing the store when my daughter was there but no answer the whole day today. Poor service, not impressed whenever I go in there, their service is appalling.

It store was better when it was at the Lanes. I had a setback with a receipt the sales assistant should send to my email but he didn't but another sales assistant promptly helped after that.
Another important aspect that missed there: representativity. They might have black sales assistants but I don't remember seeing one. A store with no representativity (not only in race but generally) is stating the type of people they want.

The staff in store are so nice, even when they were rushed off their feet at Christmas they were still polite and friendly. I went in a week ago to spend a Christmas voucher I got and the lady was lovely, she wasnt pushy and didn't mind showing me different bits until I'd made my mind up. Will definitely be returning.

Although there was a long queue and didn't have sizes for rings, the staff was very kind. It seems the best option (as explained by one sales assistant) is to buy online if you already know the size.

This is a very small store. Bearing in mind that it's 2 days before Christmas I can understand it being busy. However, I went into the store at 10 o'clock (the store opens at 9.30) and the queue was already out the door and onto the high street. The queue moved along quickly and it was not too much of an issue.
After finally being greeted by a member of staff I found out that they did not have any of the leather bracelets that I was looking for. They checked out the back but none were in stock and they didn't plan on restocking. This was a shame however there happens to be another jewellery shop inside Churchill shopping centre with a pandora section.
Before leaving the shop I overheard a customer complaining that they could get the same bangle as it was discontinued and that they have no records of the persons purchase as they had recently been bough out by a new company and franchised which led to the entire customer database being lost, this seems ridiculous.
Luckily the jewelers with a pandora section had what I was looking for and they were much more accommodating.
Overall the shop and the staff were fine but thr preceding issues have let the reputation of this brand become tarnished.
