My fiancé and I had the most wonderful experience creating our bespoke engagement ring with Ring Jewellers in Brighton. Of all the jewellers we visited in Brighton (and London), it was a no-brainer to go with Ring Jewellers.
Oscar and Andrea were so friendly, knowledgeable and professional; they helped us through the entire process of creating the ring and even when there was a last minute complication, they swiftly resolved the problem to make sure that the ring was delivered on time.
This is clearly a company that values their customers over their margins, which is so refreshing and admirable. You are dealing with genuine people, who truly care that you have a good experience and I cannot recommend them enough! Thanks again Oscar and Andrea!

I've just received an incredible titanium ring from Ring jewellers, and I'm honestly blown away by the detail that's gone into the piece. The outer ring features writhing tentacles around it, and is Lovecraft inspired with "The great dreamer" laser engraved inside! As a horror and board game fanatic I'm over the moon with this piece and happy to have found a jeweler that's happy to take on some quirkier designs. I would recommend them to any of my nerdier friends (I was particularly impressed by the Legend of Zelda pieces) and anyone who is looking for something a little different! Of course their other more traditional pieces are beautiful too. I'm already looking forward to saving up for a companion piece to go with this one. Thank-you so much RING!

I ordered a pair of rings for my partner and I from Ring Jewelers to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Due to pandemic restrictions, they weren't able to have them made in the time I needed them by, but all was not lost! The wonderful team arranged for me to receive a pair of "stand in rings" that I could present to my partner on the date of our anniversary, thus saving the day!
We've now received our actual rings which are stunning and fit perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the service I received during this lockdown madness and I would highly recommend Ring Jewelers and their fantastic staff to anyone looking for something sparkly and well made.

Incredible service from Stuart at Ring Jewellers. I wanted to propose to my girlfriend on Christmas Day so needed an engagement ring. Stuart spent loads of time with me selecting the right ring and helping me decide. This was especially important as due to the lockdown I couldn't visit the store.
She said yes so I guess she liked the ring!

I can't recommend 'ring jewellers', and in particular, Stuart enough! From the start, Stuart offered a warm and personal service where he was able to help me with the re-design of my engagement ring within the boundaries of my budget and in a highly efficient way. The finished product was even better than I had imagined it would be and even arrived a few weeks earlier than expected! All of this was managed during 'lockdown'. I'm a very happy customer and would highly recommend his services. If only all services were this efficient!

Contacted this jeweller with slight hesitation knowing that I would not be able to visit in person. I chose them as I liked the designs shown on their websites and was looking for old sentimental jewellery to be remodelled into a pendant for my daughter's 21st birthday.
I contacted the company and sent off photos of the jewellery asking if this would be possible and they replied that it was and gave a cost.
Still hesitant as I was sending off precious (to me) jewellery, I gave the go-ahead with instructions on how I would like the pendant to be, size, chain, etc, when expected.
Communication throughout has been fabulous. I wanted the pendant to be hallmarked but they contacted me before Christmas to ask if I wanted to receive it (temporarily) in order to give as a gift at Christmas and then return it for hallmarking (although I declined this thoughtful offer).
Today I received the hallmarked pendant and I am so happy. It is exactly what I was hoping for and knowing it contains the gold from my late mother's jewellery makes it all the more special.
I thoroughly recommend this jeweller and will not be hesitant to use them in future.

We used ring jewellers to make our wedding rings. The service for this was exemplary and they managed to exactly create the ring I was looking for and match it perfectly to my engagement ring. However, what has really stood out for me about Ring Jewellers was their help with issues I subsequently had with my engagement ring. This wasn't made by them but they have helped me with the repairs regardless. Both times their response has been quick, the work has been fantastic and they have charged me a very reasonable price.

Absolutely fantastic service and beautiful ring! I had started designing my engagement ring with Stuart just before they had to shut in November due to covid. Stuart sent me photos and videos of all of the stones I was interested in via email and we managed to finalise my design when they reopened in December. They also managed to complete my ring and send it out to me by the end of January despite their shop still being closed due to lockdown and all of their staff working in isolation. My ring is absolutely gorgeous and I couldn't love it anymore. Such amazing service from Ring and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have some bespoke jewellery made. Thank you so much.

Cannot recommend this place enough!
I actually live in the North of Scotland, but had a ring that I wanted redesigned and found Ring Jewellers after extensive googling and trawling Facebook etc.
I have zero imagination and thus a fairly boring redesign in mind which they were happy to accommodate. However, after much back and forth (if they were sick of me, they did not show it!) Ring Jewellers put forth some suggestions which were far more fabulous and "me". I picked my design, sent the ring via recorded delivery and the communication regarding lead times was spot on. (8-10 weeks for bespoke).
The finished product arrived today. I never leave Google reviews but I really wanted to indicate to those who do not live in Brighton to not be put off by distance and inability to visit the shop. The designs are mocked up so that you get a real feel for what the finished product will look like.
I would say I'm in the middle in terms of Traditional vs Modern Jewellery - this place will cater for everything.

If you want impeccable service and a beautiful piece of jewellery made for you, I cannot recommend Ring highly enough.
I visited Ring originally in January having decided to propose to my other half, I spent many days looking around the internet and realised that the design I wanted wasn't readily available. Armed with just three pictures of a similar design I like, I interrupted several of Stuart's lunch breaks to discuss the engagement ring I wanted: the style, stones, material - every detail was covered. Over the course of those meetings, Stuart got all differently sized diamonds out to compare, he got more rings than I can count out of the window to use as examples for the tiniest of details and in the end of it, offered a great price for a design I was very happy with.
Time passed whilst it was with the workshop and when it got to the time he said it'd be done, sure enough I heard from him. This was as Covid hit so I wasn't able to go and collect it, but he promptly posted it out to me (fully insured) and when it arrived I was amazed by the craftmanship and beauty of the final product! I'll be honest here and say that it wasn't quite how I expected it to be, but looking back that was my misunderstanding and following a number of conversations whereby Stuart was perfectly happy to change it, he explained why it was better the way it was and actually - I realised he was right! His willingness to change it but also his professional experience really shone through here and I am very pleased I trusted him. As it came to the proposal my other half was (and still is) utterly blown away by just how beautiful the ring is and she still smiles just looking at it (nearly two months later!).
Ring offer to modify or entirely remake an engagement ring if the recipient doesn't like any part of the design. This was made unnecessary by the skill and experience they clearly have but I think it also demonstrates the level of customer service you receive at Ring. We did have to go back to get the ring resized (which is perfectly fair enough) and they did that the same day, in fact, in only a couple of hours! Having a workshop on-site is another reason I chose Ring.
In short, the service I received was faultless, the end product is fantastic and I'm looking forward to going back to sort out our wedding rings!

RING was absolutely brilliant when I came in with my now wife to get her wedding ring made. They gave us great advice and showed us all sorts of possible designs.
They made the ring to fit perfectly with my wife’s engagement ring, and they now look stunning together.
Additionally, when my wife wasn't completely happy with the ring in the first instance, they were more than happy to make changes for free and did so very quickly! The remade ring was exactly what we were looking for.

Stuart patiently gave extensive and considered advice in response to my (many) questions. He was willing to attempt my (over) ambitious design, even though he suspected it might not work. And when proved right, he was still made good his promise to remedy for free, no quibble. Stuart and his team remodelled some jewellery for me into a ring. The first ring was very beautiful and well-made, but it was quite a bit larger than I had anticipated and I wasn't comfortable wearing it on an everyday basis. Having had our wedding rings, and my engagement ring made by Ring Jewellers 5 years ago, we returned there recently as my husband Paul had an eternity ring and a separate bespoke ring made for me. We received the same outstanding service from Stuart as we had before. I got in touch with Stuart at RING as I had a ruby and diamond ring in yellow gold which my nan gave me for my 21st. It has huge sentimental value to me but as I don’t wear yellow gold I wanted it changing into something I would wear. Everyone at RING from start to finish have been absolutely amazing. Having never worn any rings (and not having an engagement ring) meant we didn't know where to begin and had no idea what style we would like/ what the options were and so on. Having visited other jewellers in the Laines, we were so impressed by the friendly and relaxed approach when we visited Ring. There was no hard sale just easy conversation to ensure we both ended up with exactly what we wanted. I have to mention how amazing Harriet was with us through the whole process. She was so patient and really used her expertise to ensure we made great choice. Needless to say we both love our final pieces.
When I popped back in after the wedding everyone was so friendly and remembered details of our big day which spoke volumes about how much care and attention they give to each customer.

After a lot of searching we found Ring.
My husband to be wanted a Titanium wedding ring with a specific pattern from a motorbike tyre he used to race on and Ring were the only jewellers who said it was possible and they achieved it. Sending over sketches so we could adjust the pattern before they made the ring.
The next task set was I had a different shaped engagement ring, my Mum has given me my Nans engagement and eternity rings with 2 and seven diamonds set in gold. I wanted the diamonds removed and set in a wedding band of white gold to sit around the engagement ring. They made an excellent job and discussed with us, how it would sit around my engagement ring, doing sketches again. The kept my engagement ring to get them to sit perfectly together.
The gold left from my Nans rings was melted down into a gold heart for my Mum to wear.
Can’t thank Ring enough for listening and guiding us.
Would recommend them 100%. Staff were friendly, helpful, guiding and brilliant service.
