Made my order and due to my own mistakes I needed to change the size and also forgot to choose the faster delivery as the gift was for a birthday. I sent an email explaining my mistakes and this was dealt with the same day!
When I got the ring my partner tried it on and it didn’t fit. This was dealt with, again with no hassle at all, quickly and with great communication.
I will definitely be returning for my next jewellery purchase.

What a great online jewellery shop!
I bought my daughter a Des Silver Spinning ring as a birthday present . It was far too big so I sent it back for a replacement one. The next one arrived promptly and it was too small - then 3rd time lucky - it fitted perfectly !!
Georgi was so helpful in arranging both exchanges - delivery was very prompt too.
Such a nice company to deal with - so helpful and communicated well
My daughter loves her ring too - would definitely purchase again from Brighton Silver and if ever in Brighton we would love to visit the shop too

So reasonably priced and brilliant quality.
Fantastic customer service. I ordered the wrong size, and their exhange/returns procedure is so simple.
They were extremely quick to reply to my emails, and it took less than a week from when I posted my exchange item to when I received the replacement.
I will 100% be shopping with them again.

Brighton Silver are fantastic!! I ordered after midnight with a plea to dispatch the next day to ensure arrival for an 18th birthday. They dispatched it immediately! Brighton Silver are such a brilliant company, the customer service was really lovely and helpful. In particular, Jamie was super great about delayed postage (mail being overwhelmed due to Covid) before Christmas. Although it wasn't their fault in anyway and I wouldn't have minded it not arriving for Xmas day, they offered to post another one out just in case and kept me updated. They're also really helpful about exchanges and ring sizes, and regular shipping was super quick on the exchange (thank you to Georgi and Ronel!). Overall, they whole team couldn't have gone out of their way more. The ring itself is incredible, such high quality which would would expect to be triple the price if not more. I can't recommend shopping here enough! The ring was a gift (they loved it!) but I will have to treat myself to one of their rings now! At a time when its even more important to support independent businesses and keep great, friendly teams like this going - absolutely shop at Brighton Silver.

Stumbled across this company through an advert and it caught my eye straight away. I first purchased a Ring Sizer which arrived very quickly (from Brighton to Glasgow). They even give you a £2 discount off your next purchase so it’s technically free! Purchased my ring the same day and it arrived less than 24 hours later! I’m so impressed with the service but even more so with the beautiful, good quality sterling silver ring. First time buyer but definitely not last.

Ronel did some beautiful repair work on a charm bracelet for me and fitted a couple of new charms too. Very professional approach - kept me informed by email on progress, when to expect it to be completed and done by post because of these crazy COVID times. The price was very reasonable too! :) I look forward to getting out of lockdown (doesn't everyone!?) so that I can visit the shop sometime to take a look at some of the lovely pieces of jewellery they show online.

I honestly thought there was no saving of my broken jewelry but Ronel swooped in and saved the day. She went above and beyond to get them back together and even coloured the new attachment so it was the same colour as the earring. She also did it in 2 days (bearing in mind I only brought them in on the weekend). Highly recommend for all your jewelry fixing needs.

Bit of a shame really, i bought 2 things, a really nice hammered ring, excellent quality, weight and look, and the price was great too, however i also bought a snake bracelett, that looked great, however after 1 wear, has comepleltly bent and dented all over, very bad quality and soft silver, im guessing they have outsourced it from a bad supplier, pretty upset as im £30 down now..

FAULTY ITEMS, BEWARE. DODGY SHOP. Bought 2 rings from here. They wouldn’t give me a certificate of authenticity or anything to say that the rings were made from silver.
The first broke within a week, the second within a month. I went back with my receipt to return them and was refused a refund as it’s their “policy”. They were very rude to me, treating me as if I was asking for something outrageous! In order to get my money back I had to show them the government website stating I legally have a right to my money back as they sold me faulty items. Watch out for this shop, they are conning innocent tourists/shoppers.

My mum recently purchased some pieces of jewellery whilst on holiday in Brighton but sadly lost one of the rings on the way home, luckily i managed to find Brighton silver online & was able to purchase the same ring for my mum and a ring for myself which i received the very next day.
