Once upon a time it was the best place ever for having a coffee. You could get a bottomless coffee and have as many drinks as you wanted for just a little extra price. Not now, they have stopped it. Therefore I would like to thank all those people that abused the system for I'm sure that's the only reason for stopping such a great idea. The general goods are the same as anywhere else, moderately priced, but they do have a great Deli counter. I do feel the staff are extremely friendly here, well done guys keep up the great work. Large carpark and petrol filling station on site also

Went in for too good to go box 1st lady that served me was brilliant but then another bonny lady came with right attitude on she said she shouldn't have gone for box I said well going for trolley first for me as box is heavy well font think there ready and sorted yet to which I said it says after 12.00 before 18.00 so off she went in huff not happy with her and then I know in my box its lucky dip and items may just be out of date but going back to oct 2019 hello

Decent sized store with a wide range of products.
Fresh meat, fish and deli counters.
Also has a petrol station with jet wash and vacuum. A good sized carpark, but this store can get very busy at peak times.

Awesome morrisons store. Lots of free parking and also within walking distance of town centre.
Toffee apple crowns from the bakery are amazeballs and I recommend everyone try one.

Christmas food to order, has the next day or day after use by date on, not great for the price you pay. Staff really unhelpful. Plus a bodged click and collect order previously, definitely won't be shopping there again!

Love the fact your paper bags are strong enough to hold 6 bananas without ripping. Staff are really pleasant too. No internet pickers either. Bliss!!!

Very good customer service, clean and a good variety of goods. Decent prices and some bargains too. Caf'e not open due to Covid 19. There are also toilets and scooters for the disabled to get around to do the shopping.

A lovely shop experience. Very spacious and a variety of many items. So reasonable priced too. This was the first time I have visited a Morrisons Supermarket. I also had a vegan breakfast which was better than I expected. I would highly recommend the restaurant and shopping area. I would say I would like to see soya milk provided with the drinks. Thank you :)

Very busy, however, this was to be expected as it was very near to Christmas. They do provide hand sanitizer and basket/trolley cleaning facilities at the entrance. There is no social distancing at the entrance though and they have a lot of sale items near to the entrance meaning less space to try and stay apart from others. There is also no one keeping track of how many people are in the building and once inside, you really notice this by the sheer amount of people. The supermarket is very well stocked and the staff are very helpful. I would reccomend that if you are going to go here, go early in the morning to avoid the big crowds and possible covid contact.

The store is good and the cafe has good food, however, I don't think that they are carrying out social distancing as they should be. In the cafe, there were people crammed together. Also, the slush machine is next to the line so in order to fill your drink up you have to go into the line and sometimes break social distancing rules. If I go again during this pandemic I will be sure to update this review with pictures. Overall, I think that the store is good and the cafe has amazing food, however, I feel like they should improve social distancing measures. Thank you for reading.

Covid rules could be maintained better if trolleys were disinfected for customers rather than leaving it to the customers. Ilkeston notably better than Eastwood as there they don't appear to monitor numbers entering the store!
