Erm I like Sainsbury's it's a nice place to shop good quality good selection. If I had more money I'd shop here more often. Other than that it's handy if you're collect from Argos. Taste the difference

Oh my goodness......so my car broke down at the petrol station (NO I didnt put the wrong petrol in it) and it was absolutely amazing. Members of both staff and fellow shoppers came over to help push my car out of the way whilst waiting for the RAC. Members of staff offered me hot drinks something to eat , they even offered to wait by my car if I needed to nip for a comfort break! They checked on me periodically and came to wave me off once my car had been repaired. I cannot thank them enough...I tell you if you have to breakdown that's the place to do it. I couldn't have been in safer hands. Wow! What service. I thank them from the bottom of my heart.
Shopping was great too. I treated myself to some lovely plants. All in great shape much cheaper than the garden centres

I know we are all in a pandemic but this store doesn't give variety for its size! All I wanted was aftershave and something nice to make me feel good after a bath and for work the next morning, oh! And you must of forgotten about valentines day!!
On a Positive!! Covid19 measures put in place are the best I've witnessed locally when you consider there are 4!! Other big supermarkets within a 10 minute drive!!!

I visited this store for a particular item i have to walk around with a trolly as i have poor mobility , i couldnt find wat i wante so i left only to be to be suddely in mt tacks by my troll i nearl dived over it , a security man came to my assistance and said the reason it did that was because i went in with a trolly but left without going to a check out ive never felt so embarrassed im 73 years old i think its a bit late for shplifting ,RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM SAINSBYRYS

There was still queuing to go in when I arrived but it didn't take long. Shop and staff was both nice. Didn't have to wait a long time to be served at the tills either. Nice choice of items but not many clothes if I remember correctly

Excellent social distancing although lots of people being allowed in to shop as couples although lots of signs and tannoys asking people not to and I understand how hard it is for staff to challenge. Very clean store, best social distancing I've seen and good shields at the checkouts

Overcharged sent to wait at customer service .Woman sorting someone out didn't seem to know what she was doing and not once did she even turn round and apologise to me and other waiting people for the wait. Keep the money you overcharged me on I won't be returning.Other Sainsbury's offer better customer service

I live near morrissons but i go to sainsburys in kimberly that is the nearest to eastwood especialy to buy organic food that i can not find in morrissons organic potatoes that taste better than normal potatoes. Organic grapes, organic lettus, organic tomatoes, organic bananas, organic carrots, organic pepper, organic mushroom, organic apples, organic brown pasta and rice...I also like TU clothing but there is not enough clothes displayed and this is in all sainsburys we hope in the future they will display all the clothes that they have especialy kids.
