Don't put magnetic strips on steaks - that then don't de-magnitise when you use the self checkout - and treat me like i'm some thief when the alarm goes off when I walk out. please reevalute your process + your security guards' attitude. 'Open the bag, where's your stuff' please I came here to shop, not to be inconvenienced and then interrogated.

I went to the toilets after eating at the café and there was poo all up the wall and wee on the toilet seats and floor. I told the staff and they said speak to a manager and did not tell me who they were and where they were so i had left. Absolutely disgusting.

Asda in Strelley is a lovely place to.shop at
the staff are very friendly and helpfull.
When you go and get coffee the staff are friendly there as well.
Highly recommend.
My husband and I love shopping there.
It's the best place to eat pizza etc.

I AM UTTERALLY DISTGUSTED WITH THE QUALITY OF FOOD AT ASDA.I brought plain and self raising flour and there were bugs inside of each packet. Asda also tends to stock food with a short shelf life.

Don't think I have seen so many people not wearing face masks. Staff can't do a thing because all they'd get is a mouthful of abuse. Avoid at all costs if you want to avoid being surrounded by people who clearly don't give a damn about anyone apart from themselves

I went here today and I've never seen so many people without face masks in a shop. I'd say about 25% of people didn't wear masks, and this is a supermarket. At the checkout the 3 people in front of us didn't have masks when I challenged the store staff standing there why they weren't enforcing it they said "yeah I know [they aren't wearing masks] but what am I supposed to do about it?"

Spoken to the manager in person twice about helping out a local good cause. Both times asked me to put it in writing., which I have done , never bothered to reply.
He told me the first time, oh I've been off and not read it. Second time, absolutely nothing.
I spoke to him the second time he explained to me in detail about how much he gets a year for these projects and that he should be able to help me out.
I'd have more respect for these companies if they had the decency to say no sorry.
I understand they get a lot of request but why waste my time if your not going to even be arsed to read what you've asked me to write!!

How can managment allow people to bulk buy leaving vulnerable people unable to buy a usual/ basic shop.I have tried several times to buy basic items and they are not available. I am fortunate to be able to drive around to find items I need but many like the elderly and dissabled may not be able to and
this leaves people without while others are stockpiling

I can buy many things there. A lot of the cheaper ranges available in bigger Asda stores are not in Strelley. These are the things that would be more popular in this area.
The staff work very hard and are a credit to Asda but also to the local community

Very busy all the time, baby & child parking spaces aren't actually any bigger than normal spaces and you cant get in them because taxis are always parked across them. The store has an okay range of things but I only go for emergency shops. Very narrow aisles, I always feel stressed shopping here.

Post Co-Op small Asda shop with very friendly staff and clear spacious shop area, but with limited stock and offers - and higher prices in comparison to other Asdas...
There is a nice food area serving breakfast and lunch options at reasonable prices. Good for quick shop in but for weekly worthy to compare! offers and prices with other Asda shops (my personal best is Asda Supershop Derby, just off A52 Brian Clough Way...)

To be honest, just go there for quick top up shopping and lite lunch on work break. I find cafe staff are like zombies and don’t want to be there. Fries are hit and miss but that never bothered me at all. But the lady at the counter kind of threw the change in my hand. I was like wow ????.Asda get some staff who wants to be there.

Reasonable store. Not huge but has more than the essentials. They do have a hot food area where you can get chips burgers and fresh pizza which is awesome and really cheap. There is a petrol station and the parking is plenty and free.

It's a really good supermarket and has the necessities one might need in an emergency if you are unable to get to somewhere else , however as a vegan I struggle as there is a very low selection for me and my family and a poor variety of frozen vegetables . Overall it's a good shop however it could use improvement in its vegetarian and vegan options.

Normally Asda is a best supermarket, But unfortunately Asda strelley Nottingham is the worse supermarket in a uk. Firstly supervisors don't have a customer dealing attitude and i belive they don't have a good knowledge of cash handling. The mainly they don't respect there customer, maybe they know but they particularly targeted some people. I hope you understand, what i means. Thanks

Unfortunately due to strelley Asda being small it does not offer the choices of the larger Asda's. The clothing range is small. I think Asda should consider expanding the store. Wheelchair and scooters are not available in this store. Only the larger stores have them. When the store was first opened everybody thought this was great. Asda on our doorstep. Sadly it only is used for items people run out of. You are not able to do your big shop as you are not able to get some items that the larger stores hold. Very disappointing.

Not got very broad selection of products to select from. Not my favourite asda store. On my second visit I myself and a friend both had to put in a formal complaint with regards to the a particularly Rude member of staff.
I wonder if they understood the slogan on there uniform. Happy to help. !!

Went to pay my bills, the lady served me was unfriendly didn't listen to me and ended up messing things up that resulted in me being ripped off and they had the nerve to say it was my fault and that I always do it !! when it was the person that served me being so ignorant then,after all this stress I will never shop at this store again! .

As always Asda has reasonable priced products but sadly the variety is more limited than Hyson Green for example. It has a small café, toilet, clothing (not male) and a petrol station. Plenty of parking places and disable access.

Went to buy a pair of jeans, but the only menswear items are socks, lounge wear and underwear. Very disappointing considering there is such a large women's section that I couldn't buy a pair of trousers.
