This place is OK, but doesn't have all you need in regards to babies, there's never enough clothes for baby boys but seems to be loads for baby girls =/ do think it can be overpriced sometimes aswell, tescos club card are OK, but I've lost many points in the past. I would say tescos tends to be more expensive there other supermarkets but tend to use it as its my local store =/

My weekly shop here. Everything you need as well as the coffee. I love the scan and shop system it saves a lot of time when bagging and waiting in queues
ADDITION
This is an addition after sometime. I've been in the store today for my weekly shop, that was ok but waiting for a coffee for over 15 minutes is a travesty. The staff behind the counter need to organise themselves better or the senior staff need to install a coffee machine similar to Morrisons. After 15 minutes wasted time, I asked for my money back. While waiting for our coffee lots of people, who didn't sit, were being served there coffee for a quick get away. Orders should be served in the order they are paid for. For goodness sake coffee is coffee

Came in here yesterday, was looking for 4 pint of milk they didn't have my the one i needed. I asked a member of staff, and he done no more then went into the back and fetched me what I needed. Hes was extremely helpful and polite. They've got some lovely staff. I'd like to thanks Ben for helping me yesterday, you're a credit to the store.

Had a lovely meal just before lockdown 2.0. It was safe, clean and everyone socially distanced. Staff wearing masks and visors. All customers following the guidelines.

Big store and big car park. Brilliant selection of fred and florence clothes. Good mobile phones shop. Books magazine and good home wares too. Good range of electrical stuff . Virtually what ever you want food and drink including gluten free and Vegan foods too. Friendly staff too.

The customer service in this store is really bad. Best described as a could not careless way of dealing with customers. The staff and management are rude bullies verging on the offensive. Dont bother visiting the store late evening the staff really dont want you in the store past 8pm even if the website says open till midnight. They dont want to sell, just sit round doing nothing. Do the right thing avoid this place.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. The store is very well set out downstairs and up. You can use either a till, scan yourself or scan as you shop. Although it's always busy I have never had to wait long to be served . I would recommend this store to my friends .

On our way from home in elsecar Barnsley to Nottingham and needed a drink do we called at the cafe in the Tesco express at Chalons way.
We were served by a lovely and extremely efficient lady called Paula. As soon as I got to the till she asked if I would like hot drinks so I asked for 2 lattes.
I also asked for porridge and toasted tea cake
Within a minute I had porridge made and 2 lattes.
Having had a cafe myself, I was amazed how organised Paula was, and I actually said wow you are very good.
Paula gave me a card to take part in a survey but unfortunately I didn’t keep my receipt so I was unable to do the survey.

Shocking petrol station. Worst one ive ever been to in the country.
All pumps are pay at pump only!!!
Brilliant when you go out of your way to fill up at tesco with a fuel card which you cant use with tesco pay at pump!!!!
Total waste of a journey.
Ever other tesco has the option for pay at pump or pay in kiosk. But there is no kiosk at all.
Huge tesco extra massively let down by the waste of time petrol station. If you can even call it a petrol station.

Wife bought handbag from store. They damaged item trying to remove the security tag.On second handbag they did the same.Very useless staff.
Why are so many people giving tesco a five star?
They sell food on or near its sell by date, with no reduction.
They exploit kids by over charging on toys.
Xmas is over... Toys go back to normal price so they can profit from kids Xmas money.
Toys are cheaper elsewhere.
Sometimes same toy cheaper in toys r us, AND that's not even in a promotion.
People shop in here because....

3 members of staff behind the desk in the clothing dept,no customers present,asked about a certain item was told probably not got it & advised to look in the sales rack, staff were too busy talking with a friend!!! to offer any kind of assistance,not impressed at all.

Not very good. I bought a mocha and it tasted weird. I took it back and the woman behind the counter challenged me 3 times. What happened to customer service and respecting the customer. Came away disappointed and the feeling of never going again.

Good store with a large range of products, a very good phone store.
It is often cold when i go in there and not just in the Fridge and freezer isles. Another problem is i always get electric shocks when i touch any piece of metal in the store (especially the upstairs area) which makes my experience at Tesco rather un -enjoyable.
Large car park. and petrol station which is good although you can be waiting for longer to fill up your car compared to other petrol stations. and very close to the towns, McDonald and KFC

Sadly, like most Tescos there is an arrogance surrounding this place. It's as though you should be honoured to be there. I use it when I have to but even though it's on my doorstep, I will happily drive past it to go almost anywhere else.
