I bought washer and dryer machines with shipping and when I asked if they could ship my small €350.00 dyson fan with the other machines they flat out said no. I asked if I could use their WC, they said no. After spending nearly €2k I think it foolish to treat paying customers in such a way. I will never spend another Euro there.

Spacious showroom, less crowded than other Darty stores and well staffed, so shorter wait & better customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Huge selection. Near other convenient stores. Massive underground pay parking. Upscale neighborhood but not touristy.

A cartridge was faulty, and instead of testing it, they ask you to bring your printer to the shop to check if its true or if its the printers problem. The thing is, I buy cartridges regularly and mostly doubles, and one of the cartridges in the last pack wasn't accepted. So it's pretty obvious it's the cartridge. But thanks for that I guess.
