Staff were knowledgeable, quick to help, and courteous. Got a clear overview that helped me figure out which product to buy. Only tricky thing is that some displayed articles aren't actually available for purchase in the store so perhaps the staff could post a note for those this applies for.
The corridor toward the entrance has become home to some who don't have a place
to stay. Ideally they can be provided support by the government or an association to have more a comfortable, warm setting. I don't take this as a downside to the store, just a general point to mention.

We purchased over the internet and went to the store to pick it up.
We were attended by 2 good and attentive staff, which talked to us easily in English, as our French skills are still low.
The shop has a variety of products.
We just had trouble locating the entrance.
When we arrived at the address indicated (we used Google Maps to go), we arrived at the entrance of Darty Cuisine, which is on the street level next to Leroy Merlin. As the store was closed, we looked around. We wondered if the entry would be inside Leroy Merlin and we went there to look.
We only found the correct entrance to the store because I saw a sign indicating "Darty in the -1st floor" (or something akin to it) on a METRO'S GRATE. That means it is necessary to arrive by subway or go down the subway's stairs to enter the store.
Please, it is important that this information becomes clearer to customers at your internet info.

A big convenience store where you an find lots of stuff like kitchen appliances, TVs, laptops ... the prices are pretty reasonable too!

5 star for the customer service- an employee helped me fix a camera wifi system that wasn't working and took the time to fix the issue immediately because i told him it was urgent. He helped me out for about 45 min, which was so kind of him!!!

The Darty location at Madeleine is underground, which does not help the place at all. I'm not typically claustrophobic, however when shopping at this particular Darty I feel a need to hurry-up-and-get-out that is alien (being a great lover of electronics and housewares). My service experience has been fine, but other than reasons of convenience you'll want to give this Darty location a miss.

I work right around the corner from here and have gone three times when it is not busy to buy a specific item (that requires them to open a cabinet for) and every time there is either no one there to help or they call someone and forget about you even though there are staff walking around everywhere. There is a much better FNAC just up the street.

The worst shop I could ever imagine. Forget about pleasure to buy something there. The only emotion - irritation. The shop assistant was chewing a gum, then a woman on the cash desk was so slowly and had forgotten to put all the items on the bill. And finally, the guy spoiled the screen protector, because he hadn’t wiped the screen. Now I have to go back again and waste one more hour.

The store has similar stock to the location on Rivoli, but is far less crowded. There are lots of staff on hand to help advise you. The design of this Darty is amazing! While it is tricky to find (hopefully my photos help you) it benefits the surrounding immensely and creatively uses an underutilized space. By locating the store underground the integrity of Place de la Madeleine maintains the human scale (e.g. small shops lining the street) that big box stores often destroy with their huge scale. It is part of the same structure of the parking garage so it occupies a space that we don't normally find stores in. I also appreciate that the signage is not obnoxious, but discreet. I recognise that this can make it harder to find, but once you know where it is, well then you know.

Awful experience. A sales associate suggested to buy a sound system which appears not to work at our place, even tough we requested something that would work with a bluetooth ! Darty did not want to exchange the sound system and the after sales experience was more than unwelcoming.
