Mixed feelings. The services we expect is they showcase the goods, sell at a reasonable price, deliver reliably and provide good after sell services. 1) and 2) is OK. 3) and 4) is bad, unreliable and not customer oriented from my experience. They forgot to change the hinge side on my fridge and did not manage to send someone to fix it rapidly. Had to wait for more than two of weeks. Not very professional.

Had to go here bc wife left her overnight bag on the plane. Hotel Seine was a short, fun walk so we took a stroll to this nearby shopping mall. Very friendly service and not at all offended by us all but butchering their romantic language. Thx for showing us such good hospitality on our first day in Paris.

The shop is OK. Much the same as all the Darty stores. Wide range of electronic goods available including the latest technology (widescreen curved tvs, laptops (including apple), tabs, music, kitchen equipment etc. This store also has the Darty Kitchen department with showroom showing example of kitchen units, worktops etc. Good customer service at the checkout.

I buy all my appliances from Darty because finding good products at reasonable prices is important. Where they really shine though is the service they give. They deliver often free, and install efficiently without any problems. I have been a totally satisfied customer for 12 years. Out of curiosity I looked at another source for a washing machine hahahaha then laughed in disbelief that the delivery was on the street and I was supposed to somehow carry it inside, up the elevator and install it. Even a man alone would have had problems doing that much less a woman! So, I will stick with Darty. My new washer works great!

Je viens acheter un réfrigérateur et la vendeuse discute tranquillement avec des amis un samedi matin ou le magasin est calme.
On me demande de patienter ce que je fais et arrivé à mon tour la personne part’ faire sa pose.
Très déçue de ce manque de professionnalisme.

j'ai acheté une machine à laver en soldes sur votre site le 25/01, qui devait être livrée le 16/02. Suite à un problème d'approvisionnement fournisseur, la machine n'a pas été livrée. Je pensais que les soldes ne s'appliquaient que sur des produits en stock ? De plus sur votre site, la prochaine date pour la machine BEKO est le 04/03 et après deux appels au service client, j'ai eu deux dates différentes de livraison me concernant : le 02/03 et le 09/03, c'est plus de 3 semaines de différence !!! Je suis concernée car je n'ai pas de machine en attendant pour faire mes lessives. Je suis extrêmement déçue de Darty et de leur service client.

Attention en ce qui concerne certains matériels comme rasoirs écouteurs casques sèche-cheveux ne sont ni repris ni échangés chez Darty si vous avez ouvert la boîte sans le déballer. Il vaut mieux ainsi trouver un vendeur qui ne pratique ce genre de restrictions

Tout s'est bien passé, accueil à la hauteur et staff competent.
En revanche le site Darty.com n'est pas du tout bien, j'ai commandé un article et le site affiche qu'il est disponible mais après paiement il n'est plus disponible.
Le plus étonnant que le montant a été débité 3 fois (3 tentatives d'achat).
J'ai dû appeler pour régler ce problème et j'attends le remboursement (ils ont dit 11 jours).

Beau magasin avec du choix, je le recommande fortement, On y est mieux accueilli et servi par rapport à la concurrence. Je suis venu ce dimanche pour acheter une imprimante. Un vendeur se nommant Sofiane m’a renseigné il m’a accueilli de la plus belle des manières. Souriant, accueillant et chaleureux il m’a renseigné et aidé très agréablement à choisir mon imprimante. J’ai profité de sa disponibilité pour poser 2-3 questions sur des ordinateurs et des téléphones.

J'y suis allée pour la première fois pendant le couvre-feu, certes il y a beaucoup de choix mais à 17h30, ils commencent déjà à vouloir faire sortir les clients, donc dommage.
