Good atmosphere, friendly service, and good selection of beers. A fairly typical Wetherspoon's, which isn't necessarily a bad thing when you are in an unfamiliar locale and this is kind of thing you are looking for. Very good.

Large and spacious wetherspoons with plenty of seating across two floors. Very good prices for alcohol and food compared to the rest of the town. Service is usually quick and is especially easy when using the wetherspoons app!

Well what a disaster! The tables are all disgusting. The menus are sticky. The floor is filthy. The staff are wandering round not doing anything. No food on for some reason, was asked if "I'd heard" like it was a bit of gossip. Just had hot drinks while it stopped raining. Milk station disgusting. No sugar/sweetener. Asked a passing staff member who gave me sweetener then walked off leaving the table a mess! Does no one do any cleaning here?!

I like this place in the day but not so much at night when it is too much like a nightclub. The food quality seems better here than other WS establishments which can be very hit or miss. However it is all about the beer selection which is fantastic and very reasonably priced.
